Chapter 28: Master-Servant

Seeing Raynare glare at me I felt no hints of trepidation. I wasnt like I was before. With my current stats and skills, I could wipe the floor with Raynare and make it squeaky clean.

"Yo! Welcome back to your house Akia-kun. How do you like it?" Azazel gave me a confident and smug grin when he saw me looking at Raynare and the others. I sat down on the couch opposite of him nonchalantly.

"It's really great. Pretty spacious, Im really impressed at how you managed to do all this in just a few days. Thanks." I noted as I turned my head and looked all over the place.

"Well, you can't really be a magician without a proper workshop, right? The basement is fairly large so you can use that to perform your unique magic stuff-" Before Azazel could finish he was interrupted by a rabid female dog barking.

"How dare you be so disrespectful in front of Azazel-Sama human!" The rabid bitch yelled like I cared a about her opinion before Azazel raised his and silenced her. I simply raised an eyebrow. Was she trying to curry favor with Azazel by doing this? Did I hit her too hard when I knocked her out?

"Are you sure they are fit to be maids? From what I know maids aren't that rude are they?" Hearing my words Ratnare's eyes widened to the size of saucers before she repeatedly glanced between me and Azazel.

"Wait a minute! Azazel-sama you can't possibly be thinking of making us serve that filthy human!?" Hearing her words my eyes kept twitching.

Raynare kept spouting insults out of her shitty mouth like a faucet while Azazel looked like he wouldn't stop her anytime soon. But even I have limits to my patience.
