Guests are gathered, and the anticipation for Emir's birthday cake cutting ceremony is growing. Leyla approaches Reyhan, looking concerned.
LEYLA
Reyhan, where is Emir? The cake cutting ceremony is about to start.
Reyhan reassures her.
REYHAN
Don't worry, Mom. He must be here. I'll find him.
Reyhan sets out to locate Emir in the bustling party venue.

INT. TARHUN HOUSE - FRONT GATE
Doğan, standing outside near the Tarhun house name plate, smiles with a sinister look.
DOĞAN
The game starts now.
He starts to enter the premises, but as he does, he spots a "Welcome" board for Emir's birthday party. His expression turns even more malevolent.
DOĞAN
(whispering)
There must be no perfect day than this to destroy Emir's life.
Doğan sees Reyhan inside, who is trying to locate Emir, and he watches her with a calculating gaze.
DOĞAN
(smirking)
There's the weakest part of the chain.
Doğan, with a devilish smile, approached Reyhan and greeted her.
DOĞAN:
Hello, Reyhan.
Reyhan, clearly irritated by his presence, responded.
REYHAN:
What do you want, Doğan? Why are you here?
Doğan, taunting her, said:
DOĞAN:
Of course, it's my brother's birthday... Oh, sorry, my stepbrother's birthday.
Reyhan, trying to maintain the peace, told him to leave.
REYHAN: Doğan, don't create any scene here. Just go.
But Doğan had other plans.
DOĞAN: I will, I will, but first, tell me, where's my brother?
Reyhan remained silent, and Doğan continued.
DOĞAN: You don't know, do you? Of course, that's because this time, instead of being at his birthday party with his family, he's with Seher.
Reyhan was taken aback by this revelation.
Reyhan, left speechless by Doğan's revelation, struggles to comprehend the situation. Doğan notices her silence and comments on it.

What happened? Sudden silence... you don't have any words now?
Reyhan is clearly perturbed by the situation but maintains her stance. She tries to dismiss Doğan's claims.
REYHAN:
Doğan, stop this nonsense. There must be some urgency; otherwise, he wouldn't have left.
DOĞAN:
Reyhan, do you know, right now, you sound just like my mom used to. She was so blindly in love with Hikmet Tarhun that she couldn't even see... And in the end, Hikmet married Leyla, leaving me and my mom behind.
Reyhan is caught in a whirlwind of thoughts as Doğan further emphasizes his point.
DOĞAN:
You know, Reyhan, Emir is doing exactly what his father did years ago.
Reyhan is overwhelmed by the implications, and her frustration is evident.
REYHAN:
Stop it, Doğan. Just stop it.
DOĞAN:
Well, you can shut me up here, but it would be better if you go and see for yourself. I can only suggest. I know you're not like the Tarhun's. I genuinely care about you.
With those words, he leaves, leaving Reyhan standing alone, grappling with the information she has just received.

INT. HOSPITAL ROOM - NIGHT
Emir is sitting next to Seher, who is still crying. He speaks with a gentle and reassuring tone.
EMIR
Seher, please don't punish yourself anymore. It's time to go home. I've talked to the doctors, and they'll keep this matter confidential. It won't be stretched any further.
Seher, still in emotional turmoil, gasps and nods through her tears.
CUT TO
INT. SEHER'S BEDROOM - NIGHT
Emir and Seher have returned to Seher's home. Emir is helping Seher to sit on her bed, and she covers herself with a blanket. They sit on opposite sides of the bed. Seher, teary-eyed, expresses her gratitude.
SEHER
Thank you so much, Emir, for everything... I don't know what I would have done...
EMIR
(softly)
It's okay. You just need to rest now.
Seher, overwhelmed with emotion, speaks again.
SEHER
Emir, I genuinely need you.
She hugs Emir tightly, tears streaming down her face. Emir, while maintaining a supportive posture, places his hand on her back.
Just then, Reyhan enters Seher's house. She notices the open door and makes her way to Seher's bedroom. The sight that greets her is Emir and Seher sitting on the bed, embracing each other. To Reyhan, it appears romantic, and she's shocked and heartbroken.
A tearful Reyhan accidentally knocks something over on a nearby table, creating a noise that draws Emir and Seher's attention. Reyhan, without wanting to be noticed, rushes out of Seher's house.
The complex web of emotions begins to unravel further.

EXT. SEHER'S HOUSE - OUTSIDE - NIGHT
Reyhan, standing outside Seher's house, takes a deep breath to calm herself. She wipes away her tears and tries to collect her thoughts. The pain in her heart is palpable.
Reyhan whispers to herself, her voice filled with sadness and frustration.
REYHAN
(whispering)
You have to be strong, Reyhan. You can't let this break you.
She walks away, her heart heavy with the weight of her emotions, leaving behind the emotional scene she witnessed.
As Reyhan steps outside Seher's house, her tear-filled eyes focus on the figure of Doğan waiting for her in the dimly lit night. She's still shaken by what she witnessed inside.
Reyhan struggles to regain her composure. She takes few more steps towards where Doğan was standing.
DOĞAN
(softly)
Reyhan, your face tells me you've seen what I've been trying to convey.
Reyhan, still sobbing, her vulnerability apparent.
DOĞAN
Reyhan, I genuinely care about you. I can't see any woman suffering in pain of betrayal. I have already seen my mother going through the same pain.
REYHAN
(teary-eyed)
What do you want, Doğan? Why are you here?
Doğan looks at her sincerely.
DOĞAN
(softly)
I don't want anything, Reyhan. The only thing I ever wanted was Hikmet Tarhun to acknowledge me as his son, but that never happened. Now, I seek nothing for myself. But Reyhan, I can't bear to see you suffering like this.
Reyhan remains skeptical, not entirely trusting Doğan's intentions. She continues to struggle with her emotions and the shocking scene she just witnessed.
