"Can we come in yet?!" Juniper groaned impatiently as Colby chuckled and went to open the door fully.
"Hi best friend!" She squealed happily as Maisie fussed. "Hi, Juniper." Colby said and scooped her into his arms as the others filed in.
"Hey, Jules. How are you feeling?" Jenna asked as I grinned. "I'm doing okay." I said and gently rubbed Maisie's back to calm her down.
"She's so cute." Little Sam said as they walked over to the bed. "What's her name?" Carter asked quietly.
"Maisie Brock." I said causing Juniper to squeal. "So cute!!!" She said causing Maisie to start crying from the sudden burst of noise.
"Look what you did." Jenna said as Juniper's eyes watered. "I'm sorry!" She wailed, hiding her face in Colby's neck.
"It's okay, love. We just have to be a little more quiet around the baby. She's used to quiet." I explained gently as I calmed the baby down.
"I'm sorry, sissy and sissy's baby." Juniper said as Colby chuckled.
"The baby is gonna cry a lot, kid. It's not your fault." He assured as Juniper nodded.
"Shhh...you gotta be in a better mood for your aunts and uncles." I hummed and rubbed Maisie's back.
"It's so weird that our five year old sister is an aunt. Aunts are supposed to be old." Carter said as I laughed. "Yeah, it's crazy they'll only be five years apart." I hummed as Maisie calmed down.
"Alright, who wants to hold her?" I asked as Jenna squealed happily. "Me!" She said as I smirked.
"Take a seat." Colby said and gestured to the chair next to my bed. Jenna smiled then sat down excitedly as I carefully got out of bed.
I was in a lot of pain but I was trying to not let it show so people wouldn't worry about me. Right now I wanted them to focus on meeting the baby.
"You have to support her head just like this." I said and laid Maisie in Jenna's arms. "She's so cute, guys." Jenna said and pouted her lip.
"I'm glad you think so because she's going to be a loud little edition to our family." I said then looked up at Colby.
He was watching Jenna with soft eyes while holding Juniper on his hip.
I felt like I was going to cry looking at how much love was in his eyes. I knew he loved my siblings like they were his own but I would never get over it.
"You doing okay?" Adult Sam asked, interrupting my thoughts. "I've physically been better but I'm just glad she's finally here." I said and stepped back so I could watch everyone meet our daughter.
I never thought I would be able to have a happy ending. I never thought I would meet the love of my life and I never thought my siblings would be happy and with me.
I was just extremely lucky.
Sam and the kids hung around for a while before they went back to the house.
It was so amazing getting to see the four of them meet our daughter but I couldn't wait to be home so they could really bond with her.
"Shit, Jules." Colby gasped as I laid back in the bed. "What's wrong? Is she okay?" I asked and looked at the sleeping baby in his arms.
"Sorry, she's okay. I just forgot I never got you some good food. You must be starving." He said as I nodded.
"We've been a little preoccupied. I am starving but there's no rush." I said as he shook his head and stood up.
