It's been 2 months since Emma solved the case. Callum and Anna moved into a house together in the same neighborhood as Liam and Rose. They live about 30 minutes from the bar while Killian and Emma only live about 5 minutes away. They have all started to become a family. They have dinners every Sunday night, Callum and Anna have really been trying to make up for lost time. Today is Sunday so Killian and Emma are getting ready to go to dinner.
"Emma love are you ready"
"Yes yes sorry, I just feel crappy. Do I look okay, are you sure this dress isn't too short"
"I'm sorry love, and you always look beautiful"
"That didn't really answer my question Killian"
"You are stunning love"
"Even after I've been throwing up all morning"
"You should probably see a doctor love"
"I know but I've been so busy with cases and stuff. It's probably just stress"
"I know....."
"I'm sorry babe, I know I haven't been spending enough time with you"
Killian kisses her
"Well how about we have a little us time after dinner"
"I'm sick"
"Not that, I just mean let's talk tonight about tomorrow"
"Tomorrow?"
"Yes love it's our 1 year anniversary"
"No it's not?"
"It's the 1 year anniversary since you walked into the ice cream shop and I was stunned by you're beauty"
Emma blushes at him and he smiles brightly at her
"I love that blush"
She pecks his lips
"Come on we're going to be late for dinner"
They get into Killian's car and drive to his parents house. They walk inside and see Liam and Callum playing in the living room with Becca. Emma joins Rose at the kitchen table. Killian goes into the kitchen to help his mom with dinner. Killian walks in and sees his mom cutting a butternut squash.
"Hello son"
"Hello mum"
He kisses her cheek
"So what are we making for tonight" Killian asks
"Well I am making beet risotto and filet mignon with some roasted butternut squash."
"Sounds wonderful. What can I do to help"
"Start adding the cream to the risotto. I'm going to go offer your dad and brother a drink. Then see if your lovely lady wants a drink"
She winks at Killian and proceeds to the living room. Callum and Liam are playing horse with Becca. Basically she is taking turns riding on there backs and acting like a cowgirl. She loves the movie Toy Story.
"Boys anyone want some beer" Anna asks
"Sounds lovely darling" Callum replies
"Please mum" Liam says
Anna heads into the dinning room and sees Rose and Emma talking to each other.
