You looked at yourself in the mirror.

You had been invited to a random dance. That was when you had a dance suddenly with a strange theme.

This theme was a costume party, so you were dressed as Catwoman.

You headed to the graveyard, where the party would be located.

You bit your lip as you entered.

People gave you compliments on your costume, causing you to smile.

Soon, you felt comfortable enough to grab a drink.

“Not too much, it’s been spiked,” someone said.

You nodded and served yourself less than half a cup.

All of a sudden, you heard a scream.

You rushed in the direction of it and you found a girl laying in the middle of the dance floor, twitching.

You laid her on her side and elevated her head, forcing her to breathe steadily.

The doors began to slam shut one by one due to an invisible force.

You made the first guy you saw carry the girl.

“I’ll try to find a way out,” you told everyone.

Just as you reached the first exit, two guys pried it open.

“Everyone out,” they said.

“Go now,” you urged.

You made sure the sick girl was the first one taken out.

Then you stood behind so everyone else could exit safely.

You spotted a girl curled up in a corner and walked over to her.

“Come on, you have to get out,” you said.

“No. No one can leave,” she replied, cackling.

You stepped back, afraid.

The girl lifted her head and you saw she had no eyes and was horribly scarred.

You screamed and a boy your age burst in, smacking the ghost away with an iron rod.

He handed it to you.

“Cover me,” he said.

You nodded.

You watched him break into a grave.

The girl kept appearing, but you continuously hit her with the rod.

Then, you smelled smoke.

You looked behind you and found Adam burning the bones.

The ghost screamed as she disappeared.

She grabbed your ankle to try to save herself.

Your ankle got burned, causing you to fall before she disappeared completely.

“This night has really been… I’m done,” you spoke up, shaking your head.

“I’m Adam,” the boy chuckled, holding out his hand to help you up.

“Y/N,” you responded, taking it.

He pulled you to your feet, but your ankle hurt and you almost fell back.

Adam caught you and carried you bridal style.

“Guess I’m your Batman.”
