Chapter 39- Flirting Without Any Shame

~

Jaanvi's Pov:

I smelt someone burning from inside but who cares? The least I cared about someone rotting themselves inside out. Kiaan was sitting in the middle, like an angry kid with his hands folded over his chest. Showing minimal amount of strong muscles, you could almost see his veins poking out of his bicep over the white shirt he wore.

White.

How much I disliked that colour. I love cake, and I love enjoying every bite of it. I can't eat like those well behaved ladies, putting napkin over their dress or lap to protect their dresses. Nor I could stop in on bite. I ate. A lot. Every spoon I took, I moved my mouth to the flavour slowly to enjoy every bit of it. Eating slow helps me understand the taste better. Therefore, eating in white has never been the best for me.

Not my fault. The colour is too clean.

I agree though that I don't pay attention when I'm eating. My full focus is on the food.

Anyways, back to the angry baby sitting in between Ayush and I. His eyes were closed but his ears, wide open! I started praising Ayush in front of Kiaan on purpose to check whether he was actually sleeping or not. In reply what he did cleared my doubt. He breathed out deeply, showing the frustration from the praise Ayush just got from me. His folded arms, were now tightly wrapped around his body stating many points.
