Chapter 13 Nightshadow

Snow POV

I finally came back. 

I land on the flight deck then went to the control room.

Uncle Soundwave was waiting for me there.

He was working on a computer but stopped.

“Greetings, Uncle Soundwave" I said.

"Uh... you call me?” I asked. 

I watched him nodded then answered with a recording of Megatron’s voice.

“I need you to tell to go and tell snow to meet me at the throne room immediately” 

I nodded.

“Thank you, Uncle” I said.

I was about to leave but stopped when he grabbed my servo. 

“Huh? What’s wrong?” I asked.

I watched him play a video of what happened this morning with NightShadow. 

When he stopped the video he had an angry face on his visor. 

My optics were opened wide in shock.

“Auh… How?” I asked. 

I almost slap myself in the head when I asked him that question.

‘I’m so dumb… of course, he will know’ I thought.

He controls the security and knows everything that happens on this warship. 

“Uncle… please tell me that you have not shown this to Megatron” I asked.

He then tilted his head in confusion. 

He was confused as to why I didn’t want him to show this to him.

“I'm begging you…” I started.

“... don’t tell him” I said.

I was scared that NightShadow might want to get revenge and hurt me for getting him in trouble.

After all, he made it really clear to tell no one. 

I felt my optics water but stopped the tears from coming.

I was waiting for Uncle Soundwave to replied. 

“Is Snow really okay?” Uncle Soundwave asked. 

“It’s okay, Uncle” I said.

“I’m fine, but please don't tell him” I begged once more.

“I will not tell him..." he said.

I smiled and let out a sigh of relief. 

“... with one condition” he added.

“Uh… what condition?” I asked.

“I want to know everything that NightShadow has done to you” he said.

I looked at him...

‘Primus, I wish I could see his face so I could know what he’s thinking' I thought.

“... fine, but only if you promise to keep this a secret” I said. He nodded.

So, I told him everything.

I told him how Nightshadow took every chance he got to hit me whenever I did something wrong or whenever he just felt like hitting me.

Soundwave POV

I was furious when Snow finished telling me everything.

She had tears running down her face.

I immediately hugged her.

She returned the hugged.

I run circles on her back to calm her down.

Once she was finished crying, she gave me a smile and thank me.

I nodded then wiped the leftover tears from her face. 

“Thank you so much, Uncle” she said, hugging me one last time.

“Well, I need to go, but I promise to come to visit you again” she said. 

I nodded and watched her leave the control room.

Once she was gone, I turn to the computer.

I typed something on it before turning it off and leaving the control room.

I then walked to the laboratory room where I knew my target was located.

I walked inside the laboratory and found him.

‘NightShadow’

He was talking with Shockwave with his back facing me.

I didn’t hesitate and punch him. 

I send him flying to the other side of the room.

“Soundwave! What’s the meaning of this?!” Shockwave asked. 

He clearly was shocked by my actions.

Shockwave knew that I would never punch someone without a good reason, but I had a really good reason to punch him.

He hurt Snow.

He didn’t hurt her once but multiple times. 

That made me angry.

“What the hell!” I heard NightShadow shouted.

“What’s your problem?!” he asked, standing up.

I didn’t reply but play a video of Snow’s voice from our conversation earlier.

“NightShadow was never nice to me. He took every chance he got to hit me whenever I did something wrong. He will sometimes even hit me for fun”

“Tsk, that little bitch didn't keep her mouth shut as I told her to do” I heard him cursed.

“NightShadow, it this true?” Shockwave asked.

“Yeah, what are you two going to do about it?” NightShadow asked.

I was about to take a step forward to attack but stopped when he took out a small device from his hand.

“If you two come any closer, I detonate a small but deadly explosion inside of that little brat that you two are so protective” he said.

“Good” he said with a smirk.

“... good… now, you two will go back to work as nothing happened and will not tell Megatron any of this” he added.

I growled under my breath. 

Just then, he smirked and laughed, but it didn't last long because an explosion blew his whole servo into pieces, sending the device flying to the air.

Immediately, I ordered Lazerbeak to get it.

I watched him grab the device before NightShadow had a chance.

I took the device from him and watch him come back to my chest. 

Immediately, all optics turned to the entrance of the room and saw Megatron with his fusion cannon pointing at NightShadow.

"I'm sorry, but I already know" he said with a growl at the end.
