Unlike the normal day of the Shiva temple, the Pradosa time is a little different. It is called somasuktap pradatsanam.
That means worshiping Nandi and going up to Gomukhi where the water of anointing to Shiva comes and standing there and then coming the same way up to Chandikeswarar and worshiping him and going back to Gomukhi.
Worship three times like this. The name Pradosa Pradatsana is given to this Pradatsana system
