Qualifier
🍁

A king is seen as pure by controlling his evil thoughts and taking care of the virtuous.  By doing this he becomes the recipient of the same merit gained by the performance of the Vedic sacrifices.

If a king is insulted by the poor, children, the elderly or the sick, that king should generously forgive them.

The king who is patient when those in pain insult him will be considered superior in the world.

But he who does not forgive them by his royal power goes to hell.

A king should not fail to punish those who do wrong, such as his father, mother, teacher, friend, wife, son or monk.
