Colby's POV

"You're stressing me out." Sam said as I paced the room. "You should be stressed." I grumbled as Kat came over to me with a glass of water.

"You haven't stopped to breathe since all of this started." She reminded and handed me the water.

"If they have her I'm gonna feel like such shit." I said with a sigh. "You couldn't have known." Devyn said as I took a sip of water.

"I should have known she wouldn't do that to me." I said then sat on the couch.

"I mean they clearly have been planning this for a while. They obviously hacked into the cameras because it shows Julia leaving." Sam said as Kat nodded.

"And her phone is tracking in Spokane." Kat added, causing me to sigh. "I don't know how this could have happened." I said quietly.

"People know you love her." Stas said gently, putting her hand on my arm. "Yeah. I wish I didn't." I grumbled.

"You don't mean that, man." Corey said with a sigh. I nodded, not knowing what to say. I loved Julia.

I loved her more than I have ever loved anyone or anything.

I didn't regret loving her necessarily but I regretted it because she was the one who suffered.

She was used as collateral when she didn't deserve it. The fact she was in the place I feared for her the most, made my heart ache.

My thoughts were interrupted by my phone ringing, causing me to flinch slightly.

Nate and Jeremy have been searching for a couple days, trying to figure out where the cherry house was.

It was pissing me off how long this was taking because every minute we couldn't find it was another minute that Julia was there.

"Hello." I answered immediately. "We found it." Nate said causing me to sigh with relief.

"Get back here as soon as humanly possible. We'll discuss things then." I said then stood up and started pacing again.

"Will do. Give us like ten minutes." He said as I nodded. "Okay. Make sure nobody is following you." I said then hung up.

"What's going on?" Sam asked as I sighed. "They found it." I said causing Kat to gasp.

"Is Julia there?" She asked and bolted up. "I didn't ask. I want to make sure nobody is listening." I said with a sigh.

"That's smart." Sam said as I rolled my bottom lip between my thumb.

I was so stressed out that I felt like I was going to throw up. If Julia was there, I would have to save her which meant I would ultimately meet my demise.

It would probably not be a great idea but Julia was worth it. I would sacrifice myself if it meant she could be alive and well.

That's how you know I was completely and utterly whipped for her.

"What are you guys gonna do if they have her?" Tara asked with concern. "I'll have to go get her." I said as Sam shook his head.

"Not alone you won't." Sam said as I nodded. "Yes, alone. I'm not risking you guys for my own dumb ass mistake." I said as he clenched his jaw. "Enough of that." He said then looked away from me.

I knew he was annoyed with me but I wasn't going to let them get more caught up in this than they already were.

Plus, if I was going to die for this, I didn't want them there. I needed them to talk care of Julia when I was gone.
