Vance was talking to one of their cousins when his dad show up.

Hank Spiros-Short, blonde, olive skin, hazel eyes and facial hair.

He's works in a office.

His family isn't super rich- he just made a lot of money working in business and well pushing people out of his way so he could get to the top.

He doesn't care about anyone he cares about image.

But he's also a dirty country guy born who grew up in the east coast but was born in Tennessee.

"Why are you in a dress. "Said Hank.

"Why are you in a dirty button up because you want to. "Said Vance.

Vance was done being scared to say anything to their parents.

"Boy don't talk back to me. "Said Hank.

"I'm not a boy, also I'm a grow adult I don't have to show you respect if you won't show me any. "Said Vance

"I blame those freak blanks you hang out with, you could of been a normal guy with a wife and kids but you chose to be with a blank . "Said Hank.

(Blanks are what ever slur you want because I'm not adding slurs to this book sorry guys also I wanted to show how hateful people can be without adding slurs.)

The dress Vance had on was lavender and they wore heels.

Flower crown, makeup and jewelry.

Also a purse that had the pronoun pin on it.

Vance isn't fem or mas- he wears what every they find comfortable but Vance wanted to wear a fem look to upset their parents also he likes this dress.

It's midi and comfortable, it had some glitter on it.

Being seen a cis their whole life was uncomfortable but Vance didn't know if his friends would still love them if he came out- not only are their friends supporter, Braiden is too also all of his friends already got use to the pronouns and respecting Vance.

Vance is lucky to have friends and a boyfriend who love them enough to a point that he feels safe around them.

Vance has to deal with Marla- his mother now.

Tan skin, tall, dark hair, somewhat fashionable and is skinny.

She works as a hairdresser now.

Vance ran because their parents are going to fight he just knew it.

The fighting bothered all of them and his siblings, that was something Vance and their siblings all could agree on.

Those two were fighting.

Well the end result was Marla saying "I'm divorcing your butt you racist pig faced bastard."

She handed Hank divorce papers and left.

Meanwhile.

"Wow. "Said Braiden.

"That wasn't the worst fight, the worst was when dad broke mom's Christmas decorations after a fight and she took a golf club to all of his breakable NLF merch and broke all of them while Christmas music played in the background, after that he broke all of her collectable plates and tried to burn some of her clothes, she destroyed his John Wayne collectables. "Said Vance.

"Oh my . "Said Heidi.

"Now you know why I got into so many programs to finish high school early. "Said Victoria.

"She finally divorced him. "Said José.

José and Bernadette might not get along with their younger siblings but they all can agree that their parents divorcing was a good thing. (If a sentence says their younger siblings but it's not directed at Vance than it's a different they.)

Braiden met YaYa and Vance's grandfather later before leaving the wedding.

Later on.

Braiden was looking at a small box in his bag.

He plans on asking Vance to marry him.

It's June now, warm and nice.

Marriage isn't something everyone should do.

Gay people shouldn't have to be married to be in love.

Braiden wants to marry Vance.

Marriage isn't for everyone as Vance's parents proven this to be true.

A simple ring from a Target like store because Vance isn't into fancy jewelry, the ring wasn't costly either so Vance would be happy about that,

Braiden told Victoria about it.

"They'll love it. "Said Victoria.

Vance wanted to show Braiden around even those they hated this state.

Vance got dressed in a cropped button up and nice high waisted shorts with wedged sandals.

Braiden got the box.

Vance showed Braiden around, one place was some garden near Vera's house.

That when Braiden proposed.

Vance started crying and they said "Yes".

When word got around.

Some family members were happy some weren't.

Vance's parents got mad about it- mainly his dad but Vance didn't care- it was their life and he wasn't going to let their parents ruin his happiness.
