Vance also mentioned how most of the people working at the wedding were Mexican or just Latino in general.
Vance uses their married name for everything.
Despite Braiden not being Latino he has a Latino sounding last name.
"I was only hired because I'm Latino and have a Latino sounding last name if I still used my Greek sounding last name I don't think I would of been asked to do this wedding ." Said Vance.
Vance also mentioned having to translate for people and how all the food was the most basic looking genetic Latino food- tacos, burritos basically the basics.
No spices.
"I have to get food on the way home since anytime I tried to get food I was told that's for guest not workers and everyone kept saying such racist stuff towards me anytime I dared to even think about getting to drink or eat. "Said Vance.
Vance wasn't even paid the amount the couple promised because they said something to the bride's parents when the couple was rude to him also because he wasn't fully Latino and they wanted someone fully Latino.
"I hate this, I took so many photos today in the heat, I dealt with racism and misgendering, dealt with people assuming I don't speak English, I wasn't allowed to eat to drink anything in the heat and yet I didn't get the money I was promise, well they're not getting their photos. "Said Vance.
Vance meant this.
Coworkers at Vance's job agreed with them.
Vance told the couple- his pronouns, told how much the job charges and a bunch of other stuff.
Yet none of this was respected.
Vance got paid a hundred dollars after what happened.
The bride's dress costed more than all the dresses at Daxton's job combined so the couple could afforded to pay them but didn't.
Vance was so angry.
