The child

When the humans had arrived on earth there were a good handful of them, who were all adults of many ages. While grace has made peace and friendships with the omacayia there was something else these people didn't know about from the humans. There was a small human among the adults she was the daughter of male soldiers and female scientists. Your mother had dead and your dad didn't want to be a dad at the moment. So Grace had step up to the plate and decided to take care of you as she rather not have RDA and miners taking care of you, and the those groups were already keeping their distance from you.

Scientist " we can't keep her lock up inside all her life until she older she been trying to get outside and play"

Doctor 1 " what are we going to do she a smart girl and wants to see the world"

Scientist 2 " are we all forget she still a baby and the air is toxic to us all we can't let her go outside"

Grace " well yes we can"

Everyone " huh"

Max " Grace I think you might be a bit crazy here but we can't send her out there"

Grace " oh come on max a bunch of doctors and scientists can't find a way to let this girl experience the outside world"

Scientist " I see what you are getting that we can make a mask her child size she can use unto big enough to use the other mask"

Doctor " how are we going to keep it on her face we all remember when we tried to wear shoes when she was baby"

Max " she was bab6 then now she older and it won't be that hard"

Doctor 2 " fine we can try but she will need check up more often then us to make sure she health"

Grace " there a major issues we forget him"

Max " you mean dad of the year we are good he hasn't been around here for years now she barely even remembers, him and what he going to do anyways"

Grace " fine let do this and hey I have been teach my class about humans they will like to see a human child" the group agreed with the idea as they spent a long time working on a mask and something else as well if the mask no longer worked.

Grace " hey kiddo" Grace looked at the small toddler you as you were playing with some toys that had been made for you, as you were being watched by one the groups adults.

Grace " I got it from her you are free to take a dinner break" the adult who was watched you seemed upset about leaving but soon nodded her head and hugged you goodbye.

Grace " hey baby girl I have some wonderful new for you" grace soon picked you up and place you in her lap as she started talking with you, and you listening to her words even due you couldn't talk that much the grown ups could still understand you.

A few days later

Scientists " well the mask is secured on her face and seems not be bothering her that much" the group was looking at you before Grace left for another day of lesson and introduced her class to someone new.

Max " she seems to be happy with it on"

Doctor " we made sure the glass won't break that easily for her so she was will extra safe"

Scientist 2 " she going to be the the highlight of the school day"

Pilot " hey doc are you and your pals ready to go"

Grace " ready come on kiddo we can't be late for school today" the small toddler you smiled at grace as she carried you away making sure you waved goodbye to everyone. Grace soon got onto the helicopter with some of team members and head off to the school house.

Pilot " don't worry about me tell her father ma'am I'm on your side and he a jerk anyways"

Grace " thank we are going need to make sure they don't find out that much right now" Grace soon entered the school house with you and place you down, as you got up and wonder around looking at everything and touching everything as well.

Doctor 3 " she having the time of her life right now"

Scientist 3 " it so cute" you had wonder by the entrance of the school house when the adults were busying sent up everything, and then when you ran into the navi children. Both sets of children looked shocked to see each other as you were so small and they were so big.

Grace " hey kids I would like you all to meet my niece y/n" Grace had come behind you and soon picked you up and soon enough you waved at navi kids, get some waves back.

Grace " yes she is and she in my care" the navi children had fallen in love with you right away but not that much as the slywannie and neytiri, during lunch breaks one day they ran to get their mother and show her this small human child.

Moat " Grace my daughter and the children have told me about your little niece here"

Grace " yes she is I was friends with her who long gone and she in my care now"

Moat " hello little y/n you have become a wonder of my clan" moat was holding the small child carefully knowing h7nan were very fragile but the small humans were more fragile. You would grow up with the navi child learning their ways and they learned about humans from you as well. When you become old enough the school incident had happened many were hurt but no lives were lost, but soon trust between the humans and Navi ended. The omacayia had learned you were getting an avatar body but never saw you as navi like them due to the human being banned from the lands, that didn't stop you as you did winder out as human and navi most to the grown dismay and disapproval. There was something that Grace and moat saw in this human that they didn't see in anyone other humans yet a blessed human child of eywa.

Y/n " hey auntie Grace do you ever think we will see and be friends with the omacayia again I miss everyone"

Grace " I don't know baby but maybe one day" Grace looked at you and smiled as you were helping her study some flowers you had collected.

Y/n " I heard some new people are coming in a few days"

Grace " how many of them are RDA, miners, and scientists"

Y/n " the groups seem to be equal but Parker has been demanding more man power, I was ear dropping on the miners talking"
