WHATS THE WORSE THAT COULD HAPPEN?

*

Tia's POV

After my first day at Frankie's, the only thing I wanted to do was curl up into a ball and sleep the rest of the day away. As I dug my keys out of my bag, I noticed a sharp looking man in a black suit, in his late 50's tapping away furiously at his phone. Leaning outside my apartment door, hearing my footsteps he looked up.

Is this a cop or did Lydia decide to get me an escort? He's hot for an older guy I'll give him that.

"Are you ok there?" I asked politely.
He quickly shoved his phone back into his suit pocket and eyed me skeptically, why was this dude knocking on my door. I'd never met him before but something about him seemed a little familiar. As we stared curiously at each other, I couldn't help but think we knew each other.

"Do you know who lives here?" He asked pointing at my apartment door.

"Yeah me." I stated dumbfounded. Oh god who had I pissed off now? He's defo a cop.

"Oh." He looked confused, "you'll have to excuse me, my son has recently moved here and I could of sworn it was number 41, but obviously not if that's your home." It was then I realised who he was, taking in his features I should of realised the obvious sense of familiarity.

"Are you looking for Hunter?" He nodded, confirming my thoughts. "That one is his." I pointed to the door opposite mine.

This man is Hunter's father.

Hunter's father is HOT. The striking resemblance is uncanny, the Blake family have good genes I'll give em that.

The man chuckled, "well I knew it was 40 something," He thanked me and then knuckled loudly on the boys door as I placed the keys into the lock of my own, I heard the door swing open behind me and couldn't help but turn around, Hunter seemed shocked to see me stood behind his father. I gave him a cheeky wave whilst admiring his fathers backside.

He wasn't impressed. I smirked.

"Father." He greeted, I couldn't make out if he was happy to see him or not. "I wondered when you'd make an appearance."

"I'm afraid I had the wrong address son, luckily your lovely neighbour here was happy to help me out." The man turned round and smiled at me. "I didn't catch your name?"

"Oh I'm Tia." I smiled.

"Shane."

Hunter pulled a disgusted face when his father addressed me as lovely and introduced himself, looks like someone was still pissed over the whole Pedro situation, I realised I was still just standing there watching their exchange, so I turned back around to let myself into my own apartment. "Don't be fooled she's a nightmare neighbour. It's best you don't interact with her."

The cheek of him.

"Enough of the unpleasantries, may I come in we have business to discuss." He didn't wait for an answer he just walked right past Hunter and into his apartment. I turned around to glare at Hunter for his little comment, he wants to be grateful if it wasn't for me his father may never have found his address.

"Rightt." Hunter dragged out. "Well I'm going to go in and close my door now Tia, if you're happy with catching flies in the corridor?"

"Dick!" I shot at him.
