Hybrid 63 - Familial Showdown, Xander's Hidden Transformation.

As soon a s Xander shifted to his second transformation, he regained the upper hand. He began dominating Tyler's in both strength and speed, because he had more experience fighting in that form.

Every time Tyler would try to attempt an appropriate attack, Xander would just shut it down by countering, leaving Tyler confused as to why the fight wasn't going according to his will, as it would usually do.

Each hit he took from Xander, drove his pack mates angrier and angrier, they were all fidgeting as if their instincts were pushing them to interfere.

Derrick although equally angry and ready to jump in, kept telling the others to relax via the pack link, as he kept sensing their tension.

Unfortunately however things weren't so cut and dry for Mr and Mrs Dupree, they were both feeling so much guilt for not being of any help to Tyler's parents the last time they had fought Xander, that seeing Tyler getting beaten up, was like  watching Gwenevere and Xavier dying all over again.

They must've decided that they weren't going to let that happen because they both shifted and flew in to intercept an attack that Tyler would've received head on were it not for their interference.

Mrs Dupree went high from behind, while Mr Dupree went low from in front of Xander, sending him falling flat on his back violently. He had been so focused on beating Tyler the abomination to a pulp that he didn't notice the Dupree's flying in.

Ryden also missed them entering the Frey because he was lost in his own head, trying to figure out what Zero was.

Xander was enraged, he got up so fast that it seemed as if he hadn't touched the ground in the first place, he saw Tyler's bloodied body on the floor fidgeting slightly from his attacks, then he switched his view to Mr and Mrs Dupree circling him in the sky above his head.

"So that's how you're going to play it huh?" he asked in anger before jumping in a flash and slashing  Mr Dupree's underbelly, sending feathers flying every where.

"Dad!" screamed Lizzie rushing Xander with a kick to the head, after he landed with her father's blood on his claws.

"Lizzie no!" cried Rebecca and Scarlett as they both shifted to their lions attempting to intercept Xander before he could retaliate to Lizzie's attack.

Unfortunately they didn't make it on time, because as soon as they began running towards Lizzie and Xander, Lizzie was smacked which sent her flying back towards them, where she passed in between them to end up shattering the side of the pack house.

Rebecca, Scarlett, Tashay, Alexander and Raphael all went to their younger sisters rescue.

Mrs Dupree attacked Xander again, this time clawing his head from above, which almost took out one of Xander's eyes. Mr Dupree saw this and rushed in, finishing the job almost perfectly.

One of Xander's eyes was bleeding profusely, he got so angry that he began roaring again snapping Ryden out of his inner dialogue with himself.

Ryden was shocked to see Xander bleeding from his eye, in a frantic move to understand what was happening he glimpsed over at Tyler where he saw something very intriguing taking place.

Covered in blood and wounds from his fight with Xander was Tyler, he was on the floor shaking as though he was in excruciating pain, then suddenly he stopped, and on closer observation Ryden realized that Tyler's wounds were becoming less and less prominent.

Without shifting his gaze to look at what Xander was doing Ryden stared in amazement, he watched as Tyler stood to his feet slowly, he watched as Tyler's lion fur began receding, he watched as Tyler became more human like but seemed even stronger than his previous transformation.
