"Magnus!" Clary yells as she walks into the apartment. She sees Magnus sitting on the couch and freezes immediately frowning while looking at his state. A drink in his hand surrounded by bottles, tears in his eyes but won't be released and the lost look in his eyes.
She slowly makes her way toward Magnus and wraps her arm around his shoulder. "Magnus, this is a dumb question but are you okay?"
"I'll never be okay again Biscuit. I don't know what to do anymore." Magnus says looking at Clary. "I've lost so much."
"Want to talk about it?" Clary says as Magnus puts his head on her shoulder.
"Right now isn't the perfect time." Magnus says looking at Clary.
"You sure?"
Magnus nods his head and sits up again.
"Um I've got news. Everyone is meeting at Takis tomorrow. Do you want to come?" Clary asks shyly.
Magnus looks at her, shrugs, and nods. "Sure. It'll be good to catch up with Izzy and Jace."
"And?"
"I'm not saying his name. I'm sorry Clary but I can't go through any more pain." Magnus says giving her a hug, standing up and heading the the bedroom to rest for tomorrow.
