(Alex's POV continued)

The bed was a 4 poster with a dark frame for me and white, pillows, covers, sheets and drapes for Piper. That was the colour palette of the whole house really, dark for me and light for Piper. It was comically accurate actually, Piper, the yin to my yang. There was an orange oblong circular pillow, a nod to our time in prison together and the means in which I got the love of my life back. The bedroom looked out onto the pool below and ocean and had a balcony that had the dark wicker loungers with the white cushions that were also beside the pool downstairs. Lorenzo had put our cases in here. The bed had speakers in the headboard and the remote to turn them on was sitting on the nightstand that was my side of the bed. I grabbed it and pressed play. Lorenzo knew this was our honeymoon and the first thing we would do. "Sex" by Cheat Codes & Kriss Kross Amsterdam started to play. I placed Piper onto the bed and stripped her, bikini included as she did the same to me. We threw our clothes on the floor and she got on top of me. I was usually the one on top but she was grateful for what I had done for her, for us and she wanted to show it. She knew exactly where to kiss and exactly where to go so she knew I loved it. I loved sex with Piper anyway. No one else would ever come close to her or would ever have the chance to but I had said to Larry in prison once, "We both know what she's like in bed." I meant it when I said it.

We were now just rolling around in the bed kissing and loving each other. We were both so happy. I had her for the rest of my life and she would always have me.

I broke our kisses and started to mime the lyrics to her, she was holding my face in her hands and I had my hand in her hair, the other around her waist.
