As soon as you shut your locker door you jumped when Roxas walked up behind you saying Hey.” You looked back and saw that he wasn’t in fact sneaking up on you, but getting into his own locker, which was next to yours on the right.

“Sorry.” He said, noticing you jump, “I didn’t know your locker was right next to mine.” He said putting away a math book and grabbing his own gym clothes.

"Yeah, Sora did say that you were next to me when we checked it out this morning.” You said, waiting for him to finish grabbing his stuff, you were just going to tag along with him to the gym.

“I guess they just randomly select who gets which locker.” He said, shutting his locker door.

“There’s actually a system behind it,“ the boy with the ponytail, Shikamaru said, as he opened the locker directly to the left of yours.

"Oh? Because I have always had one away from nearly everyone…” Roxas said.

“They do the selection based on the time you enrolled.“ Shika explained.

“But wouldn’t you and Sora have enrolled at the same time?” you asked, wondering why the brothers wouldn’t be next to each other.

A realization hit Roxas. “No, goofy messed up my registration when my mom did it, so she had to come back and do it again yesterday. They always mess mine up.”

“That’s probably why you’re next to me, Cloud did mine yesterday too. Wait, but then why are you not with the other 7?” you asked Shika.

“To help us integrate into the school, they spread us out randomly.” He said.

“Well, I guess it’s lucky that I’m close to friends.” You said.

“Yeah, 746…a good number…but it’s so far away from any of my classes, it’s such a drag.” You laughed, thinking he was kidding, but it seemed like he might have been perfectly serious.

“Well we should get going before we’re late.” Roxas said leading you along to the gym.

Once you got to the gym, you saw that nearly the whole grade was in there sitting against the wall, with their gym cloths on the ground next to them.

“What’s going on?” you asked Roxas as he lead you to an open spot on the wall.

“Don’t know.” He said, sliding down the wall to sit.

“The new gym teacher wants to divide the group in half so there aren’t so many of us.” Shika said, sliding down beside you.

“What happenes to the other group?” you asked, since he apparently knew.

“Half stay for p.e., and the other half goes to sports medicine or health or something like that.”

“How do you know all this?” Roxas asked, surprised that the new kid was more involved in this school than he was.

“The new teacher is from my world, he didn’t spare us an details on the way over here…” he answered.

“Really? Who is it?” you asked.

“Just the most obnoxious man we could possibly find, his name is---“ just as Shika was about to tell you, a man with a bowl cut in a green onesie with orange leg warmers came into the gym.

“Welcome student! You no get the privilege of training under me, Gai sensei.”

“We’re not training them Gai…” a man with silver hair holding an orange book beside him said.

“Fine…” Gai ‘sensei’ said, “well, let’s get everyone divided.”

“I have the list right here.” The silver haired guy said. “of the 7, naruto, sakura, kiba, and saskue will be the ones in p.e., that means Shika, Ino and garra are in health with me.”
