"I can't be bothered to plan the date anymore. I just want to go to sleep." Muttered Red, sounding annoyed and upset whilst getting into his bed. I bent down to him and placed my hand on his shoulder.
"That's fine, I can plan it. Just have a nice sleep and forget about all this, okay?" I kissed his forehead. I hated how much shit Red always had to deal with, it was unfair; and from his own friend, Ashido!
"I just can't wait for this trip to be over." He sighed heavily.
"Well I'll make tomorrow amazing, don't you worry baby."

We had just finished lunch after a morning of sparring. Luckily, we only fought others in our class, meaning we had no run-ins' with Uchida or the others. Red and I had decided to blank Ashido, which she did the same to us. During us all eating, everyone could pick up on the tense vibe in the room, but no one mentioned anything. We then headed back to the hotel to get changed. Thankfully, we then had the rest of the day off, a day for just me and Red. I had basically stayed up most of the night, researching things to do in Fuyaroa. Whilst doing this on my phone, I saw some things about Pride. This left me feeling almost excited for Friday, the day of the festival. As I approached Eijirou, who was putting on a cute top and bandana, I could see he still was in a bad mood from the night before. It was my job to cheer him up. "Come on Hair-for-Brains, I have the most awesome date planned!" I smirked and kissed him on the cheek.
"Wow, haven't heard that name in a while." He laughed, turning my face to kiss him on the lips.
"So you ready to go?"

We walked down the cobblestone pathways and stared in awe at the beautiful, old Japanese architecture. The bunting that hung above created an inviting atmosphere, as well as the midday sun. I had noticed quite a few tourists around, including same-sex couples; understandable since it was Pride soon. I was glad, since this allowed Red to feel more at ease holding my hand and just acting like proper boyfriends. In my vacant hand, I held my phone. I stared at it intensely as I tried to work my way around the winding streets. Red, on the other hand, just peacefully watched the world go by. Eventually we turned a corner to see a sign that read, 'Kaigan', with a picture of a fish hanging underneath. I turned to Red, feeling rather proud of myself. "We've reached our first stop."

We were taken to a table that I had specifically asked for. It was on the second floor's balcony that overlooked the serene view of the sea. We sat opposite each other, and were the only ones on the balcony. I couldn't help but feel pleased with the situation and myself, it was all so cute. It was just nice to be fully alone with the boy I loved. "So, I have a few rules for today." I stated, resting my elbow on the table. He nodded with a smile.
"Go on."
"Number one; no talking about Ashido, Uchida, or any of that lot, okay? Number two; please go easy on me since I had like a a night to plan this date and I literally had no idea what to d-" my rambling was interrupted by his soft lips on mine. The kiss was romantic and left me feeling almost light-headed. The way he kissed was almost like an art, his timing and everything.
"Don't worry, it's all amazing when I'm with you." He laughed gently, pulling away from me. Red wasn't always the best at romantic talk, neither was I, but he was trying. "You're all I need."
"Sorry boys, just wondering if you're ready for me to take your order?" Said the waiter politely, holding out his notebook.

"Thank you." Said Red, respectfully smiling at the man bringing us our food. In front of me, I had a mussel stew; Eijirou had a prawn salad. The waiter nodded to the two of us before heading back into the building. "So, as I was saying, the Crimson Riot is just so awesome. Like, he's just so cool and manly and heroic-" it was impossible not to love Red. I just watched him as he excitedly and passionately talked about his favourite things, and couldn't help but feel an overwhelming sense of joy. I just admired the way his smile brightened when he saw something pretty, or the way he scratched the back of his head when he was slightly nervous but wanted to be casual, or the way he was just so amazing at making me feel happy. His whole being just caused me to lose myself in my love for him. It had taken me so long to ever feel this strongly over someone, but Red did it so effortlessly. He was the one person that had taken down all my walls, the one person that I could feel truly me with. It just made me so grateful to be sitting across the table with such an amazing person, who didn't even know how beautiful he looked eating his salad. "Kat, did you hear me?"
"Sorry what?" I asked, unaware that I had completely blanked him.
"Oh, I just asked on what you're thinking about for your future?" He smiled at me, causing me to smile too.
"Err, well obviously I want to become the number one hero, right? But then after that, I guess I just want to marry you." I uttered, not fully aware of what I had said. "Oh shit, wait-"
"Well, I hope we get married as well. And tell me why you seem so weird?" He laughed at me whilst I blushed. I didn't know what had come over me during the date, but it had left me a hot mess.
"I don't know man, I just love you." I stared at him, my head leaning against my propped up hand.
"Well I love you too." Red smiled sheepishly at me and lightly kissed me on the lips.
"Anyways, enough of me being all mushy and crap, I want to know about what you'd name our kids if we had any."

We stood up out our chairs, both of us feeling incredibly happy. After having an amazing meal with my boyfriend, I still had a couple of things planned. Taking his hand, we began heading out the restaurant, thanking the staff on our way out. "So, where next?" Asked Red, intrigued.
"Just follow me."
