the other night, my grandfather grabbed my wrist and told me he has something to say. i said i'd listen. he didn't have much to say. he just said "you seem very sad or deep in thoughts for a very long time now". i told him i was confused about his opinion and claimed not to be feeling that way. very shocked by this, i walked downstairs to my father rather than continuing my way up to my sister's and my room. i told my father what my grandfather said. and to an even bigger surprise, my father said he completely agrees with my grandfather. he said i look so upset and he often thinks i'm a blink away from a breakdown. he said i always look sad and that he hasn't seen me happy in weeks. i instantly disagreed with those statements. but i still have no idea how to give further comments on this matter.
