I smiled as I saw my five year old playing outside. I felt arms around my waist and I leaned back against my husband's chest.
"Did you ever think we could have a life like this?" He asked softly.
"Never in a million years." I said as I turned in his embrace.
I smiled as I leaned up and gently pressed my lips against his.
"I have work, I will be late coming home." He said as he pulled away.
"Be safe." I said softly.
"When aren't I?" He asked as he left the house.
I let out a laugh and shook my head as I turned to watch my son play outside. I watched as my husband left the house and got onto his speeder.
"Force be with you." I whispered as he sped away.

"(S/n)! Dinner time!" I yelled from the kitchen.
I heard my son run inside and I smiled as I put his plate down. He set down and I laughed as he ate his food.
Knock knock!
I frowned as I walked towards the door and opened it to reveal Thawne.
"Admiral Thawne? What are you doing here?" I asked softly.
"I hate to be the bearer of bad news...... but Agent Kallus was killed earlier this morning.... I'm sorry." He said softly.
I moved my hand to my mouth and felt a sob leave my lips as I fell to the ground.
"I'm sorry." He said as he turned and walked away.

It had nearly been two years since Kallus had been killed and a part of me still couldn't believe it. (S/n) still looks out the window and waits for his father, it's hard for both of us. I tried to move on after a year, but how do you move on when you lose your soulmate? The rebels retook Lothal a month ago, and I wish Kallus could be here to celebrate with me.
"Mommy! Look outside!" (S/n) yelled.
"What is it?" I asked as I walked towards him.
"It's dad!" He yelled as he pushed past me and opened the door.
I rushed to the window and let out a gasp as I saw Kallus walking towards our house. I quickly ran out side and watched as my son ran into his awaiting arms.
"Sorry it took me so long." Kallus said as he hugged (S/n) tightly.
"I knew you weren't dead! See mom! I told you!"
I felt tears stream down my face as Kallus put (S/n) down and walked up to me.
"Hello beautiful." He said softly.
I rushed forward and tightly wrapped my arms around his neck.
"Hey! Hey! It's okay.... I'm here..... I'm here and I'm never leaving you again." He said as he hugged me tightly.
"They told me you where dead." I whispered.
"I know..... I'm so sorry." He whispered as he held me.
"I thought I lost you."
"You could never lose me..... cause no matter what.... I'm always with you." He said as he kissed my forehead.
