"How much longer you think this will last?" Tech asked Hunter as they watched me and Crosshair clean our guns.
"I give it a day." He said calmly.
"Bet it will be another week." Wreaker said with a chuckle.
"I say they make up before bedtime." Tech said calmly.
"We can hear you!" Crosshair snapped.
"Let then talk asshole." I growled out.
"Don't tell me what to do!" He growled as he glared at me.
"I'll do whatever I want to do." I said sternly.
He threw his gun down and stood up and everyone quickly left the room as he glared at me. I let out a huff and crossed my arms over my chest.
"Okay how long you gonna act like this?" He asked angrily.
"Act like what?"
"Like a child!" He yelled
"If anyone is a child it's you! God I hate you!" I yelled as I glared at him.
"You don't mean that."
"I hate you, so much.... you are so cruel! And so abusive to everyone! And I hate you and I wish I had never met you!" I yelled through tears.
He looked at me shocked before he picked up His gun and turned and left the room. I let out a sigh as I went back to cleaning my gun.
Soon it was time for our next mission and the unexpected happen. Our ship was blown up and we all ended up in the hospital. When I woke up I learned everyone except one had woke up, and I instantly felt my heart stop as they talked about his injuries.
"Cross got most of the damage. He was the closest to the explosion." Hunter explained to all of us.
"When can we see him?" I asked softly.
"You can go on in, Tech and Wreaker have to get cleared to leave their rooms." He said softly.
I made my way to Crosshair's room and felt my heart stop when I saw him hooked up to all of those machines. I slowly set down in the chair beside his bed and felt tears stream down my face as I gently took his hand in my.
"Cross.... please don't die.. I couldn't... I can't.... I love you that's why you make me so mad. I can't handle not being around you and it hurts so much.... because I love you... and if you die... I'll be alone... please don't die." I whispered.
It was a week before Crosshair woke up and I waited until Hunter came to my room and forced me to visit him, to see him. I made it to his room and smiled as I saw him talking to Tech, well Tech was talking and he was looking for an escape. Tech turned to look at me and sent me a smile.
"I'll give you two a moment." He said as he stood up and left the room.
"How do you feel?" I asked as I walked towards him.
"Fine, hows your arm? Heard you got hit good." He said softly.
"I'm fine... I... Cross I'm so sorry... if you would of died thinking that I hated you-"
"I know you don't hate me, no matter how much you say it I'll always know the truth." He said with a smirk.
"And what's the truth?" I asked with a gentle laugh.
"We both have fallen head of heels in love with each other." He said as he grabbed my hand and pulled me closer.
I smiled as he pulled me onto the bed and brought his other hand to my face. I sent me one more smile before leaning forward and gently kissing me. I smiled against his lips as I pulled him closer and wrapped my arms around his neck.
"I love you." He whispered against my lips.
"I love you too." I said softly.
