Hi all! It's my first day back from a weekend retreat with my husband where we pretty much just sat around playing video games while eating way too much food.

It was a nice getaway and I think it helped rejuvenate the spirit, which was the goal.

Today was also the day my son started summer camp. It was stressful for the entire family. He started at a new place with new people which makes him really anxious (a trait he shares with me). I was stressed because I can't stand the thought of him crying and me not being there to comfort him. And my husband was stressed because he grew up in a country where you usually stayed with family in the summer, unlike the US where many kids go to summer camps (like I did).
Thankfully, we were met with stories of a nature hike, games, and pool time when he got home. He said he had been a little sad early on but ended up having a lot of fun. Needless to say I was utterly relieved.

So all that being said, it will take me a bit to get acclimated to this new schedule, which should grant me far more time to work on writing stuff, including the return of The Vampire's Harvest!

This behemoth of a "choose your own ending" novel is only like half way posted, maybe even not that much... I did, however, at least finish another branch of the vampire-centric storyline. So if you feel up to it, I welcome you to explore Micah's interactions with Ell. Also friendly reminder that the mage-centric storyline is completely finished!
The goal is to post new chapters every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. And another friendly reminder, that I've actually written all of this book, I'm just formatting it to work on Wattpad. So expect plenty of chapters rolling out, especially right now as I'm doing the vampire-centric storyline which involves posting everything three times due to optional pronouns for Ell (aka the love interest).
