I've been writing the recent chapters of Delilah Cross and the Osiris Order a little off the cuff. I've had a vague outline for this part of the story, but I was reaching the end of what I had figured out. Thankfully, a stroke of inspiration struck me this morning and I hammered out the remainder of the story. Act 3 is going to be a wild one. Where the first half of the story was slow and steady, the second half is going to be fast paced and action packed. A bumpy road is ahead for Del as all the pieces quickly come together!
I'm glad I finally got that worked out. I had the ending in my head for awhile, but I just didn't know the exact steps that would be getting Del there. It's a weight off my shoulders to have that out of the way. Now I just need to get the chapters down. The book will take a little longer to finish than I expected but not by much. And despite being a little past deadline, the beauty of my new work schedule is that that won't matter. I have buffer room now so things like this won't get in the way. And I'm really excited about what will come with the next stretch in my schedule. I can't wait to just put my stories out there and have them running free in the wild, while also having clean, edited versions of my stories up on Wattpad.
So many things to be excited for! I'm ready to get to work!
