Despite having slept most of yesterday, I did manage to finish outlining Falling for a Memory.  There's a little more fluff left before things go downhill fast...  I never intended for this book to be so dark, but that's just how it decided to go.  I'm happy with what I'm writing, but it is soooo dark.

Sigh.

I had plans for my Christmas book this year, but I'm scraping them.  I need to detox from dark stories.  I mean Her Christmas Legacy was a drama, then there was Wedding Mrs. Claus  which was a romantic comedy, but it still had far more dark spots in it than I intended, then Osiris Order ended up being pretty heavy, and now Falling for a Memory is seeing how many trigger warnings it can rack up before the end of the book (spoiler alert, there's some bad stuff ahead).

So yeah, I want a light and fluffy romantic comedy for Christmas.  I already have some idea of what it's going to be, but I'm aiming to have the same type of tone as my other romantic comedies.

Anyway, that's that.  Act two in Falling for a Memory  is coming to a close and the whole book should be finished by the end of August.  Then I'm spending two months editing Wedding Mrs. Claus and preparing all of my Christmas books for release in November.  And then finally, I'll be writing a new Christmas romcom starting in November.
