Well we listed our house this past Friday and then we got an offer the following Sunday. Now our house is under contract and I'm in a little bit of shock from it "selling" so quickly. We also have a short settlement period. The buyers are expecting a child in July so they want to get in the house quick. It just leaves my head spinning.
This means we have a house hunt to start too, though there are some other things going on in our lives that is making it difficult for us to settle on a location. So we may have to go into an apartment for a little bit.
It's all quite crazy and it is definitely making it hard to write, but hopefully I can persevere. I just want to keep up the momentum. It may not be the best writing, but a draft is a draft. And if I can have just something to edit, I'm way better off than having to start from scratch. I'm just soooo bad at writing first drafts. Having all this noise going on around me is just amping up the difficulty.
Sigh.
