I'm a wee bit behind schedule as I was supposed to have the exclusive short story for Delilah Cross and the Osiris Order completed last Friday, but whatever, it is done now.
The short will be called "Ownership" and like with the previous book's short, "Hippocratic Oath," it will take place from Gregory Fair's perspective. Also like the previous short it explores his relationship with Kyra. This short will include a lot of Kyra's history, including how she became a vampire.
I really enjoy writing about these two. Part of me wonders if I'll ever make an actual series featuring them, but for now the shorts feel like the right medium to delve into the dynamic between them.
