So I thought I'd have a break to get back into the swing of things but I happened to see a house that looked perfect for us and one thing led to another and now we have a contract on a house!
Yay!
This is all great news as it is a great house that we were very fortunate to get since it is in a neighborhood that is out of our price range. However, it means that life has been busy and I am still struggling to get back into writing. My new goal is to finish "Crown of the Dragon" by the end of July. I know the writing isn't great...but the point is these are rough drafts, it is what it is and I still think upon edit it could be good.
So onward and upward. Just got to keep on keeping on. And as the great Commander Taggart says, "Never give up. Never surrender!"
