Song:
Dancing Shoes (Arctic Monkeys)

It was crazy how much a single word could change her life. The moment the hat was removed from her head, the Table with the snake emblem started cheering loudly, yet the cheers weren't merely as loud as they were for those heading to Gryffindor. She sauntered down the stage, heading confidently for her table when she spotted the girl from the train patting an empty spot next to her.

Callisto slid on the bench, her eyes falling on the green and silver tie around her neck and the Slytherin emblem decorating her chest. At least the color scheme was nice, she thought, crossing her legs under the table.

"Narcissa Black." The girl introduced herself, extending her arm. "Glad to see we have a new member that doesn't look like a runaway kindergartener."

"Callisto Claire." She shook her hand, immediately noticing how cold it was. The girl had platinum blone hair, styled in perfect medium curls, a black headband resting on her head. Her pale blue eyes were enhanced with the help of dark blue liner and pitch black mascara, making her resemble what muggles thought a siren looked like. Unlike her, Narcissa's pale face was as defined as a face could be, with cheekbones high enough to be illegal and a razor sharp jawline. Her features were tied together with the help of her long, slim, upturned nose.

"Well, Callisto, it's a pleasure to meet you." A small smile tugged her lips up and the blonde found herself smiling back, heat rising to her cheeks.

"You two look like you could be sisters." A masculine voice said, completely ruining Callisto's fantasies. She turned around with a sour expression on her face, meeting a pair of dark grey eyes.

"For the last time, similar eye and hair color doesn't make someone family." Narcissa snarkily retorted. The boy shrugged, running a hand through his styled black hair. He was also rather goodlooking, with defined cheeks and intense eyes that looked like they held all the pain in the world. Her mind trailed off to the "introductory speech" Remus had given her a few days back. He could say whatever he wanted but up to now, she was right. Slytherin was indeed the house for hot people. The headmaster's welcoming speech finished and immediately, the table was filled huge platers of almost every food one could think of.

"Callisto, this is Regulus Black." Narcissa introdued, pointing to the boy. "He's my cousin."

"You might want to reevaluate that because you two certainly don't look like you could be cousins." The name "Black" was familiar to her but she couldn't exactly place on finger on where she had heard it. Her introduction to another Black was too far out of reach for her to recall, so she ignored it and put some chicken on her plate.

"Well-played, Claire." Regulus mused with an aproving look in his eyes. "She will ace the initiation process, Cissy. I hope you don't get squeamish at the sight of blood."
