Red Right Hand (Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds)

Miss Claire,
Please meet me in my office after your classes finish today.Albus Dumbledore
Ps. I really enjoy lemon truffles, what about you?"Are you in trouble?" Lily asked, eyeing the letter suspiciously. "Dumbledore doesn't see students unless something is going on."
"It's probably about the potion." Callisto pondered, shrugging. "I haven't really done anything else."
"Well, I can walk you to his office if you want."
"Sure."
McGonagall's class finished just on time, as always, the sound of the bell ringing signalling the end of her classes. Callisto gathered her notes and waited for Lily, who was placing each paper piece in color coded folders, adorned with messy doodles James had done while bored in the library. Small flowers, the moon, a horrible drawing of a dog accompanied by an equally bad sketch of an 'evil witch' and a rat sleeping on a piece of cheese. It was a weird image, but Callisto had appreciated the symbolic representations, even though James had made her features so distorted, she wasn't even recognizable.
The two girls strolled down the corridor, Lily a few steps ahead from Callisto. She finally stopped in front of the sculpture of a gargoyle that probably led Dumbledore's office. It was a majestic sculpture, Callisto had to admit than much, the golden elements on its beak and wings gleaming under the lights.
"Password?"
"Lemon truffles." Lily confidently said, standing to the side. The gargoyle spun slowly, revealing a narrow staircase decorated with a crimson red rug. Callisto waved Lily goodbye and went up the staircase. The distinct scent of citrus air freshener filled her nostrils and she frowned, knocking on the door. She couldn't really picture Dumbledore going to the nearest muggle supermarket and looking for air fresheners, with his long beard and wizard clothes.
"Come in!" A cheerful voice said, and Callisto opened the door, surprised to see that Dumbledore wasn't alone.
Next to him was a man with unruly, dark blond hair and blue eyes; well, one blue eye because the other one was covered with a patch and was probably a fresh wound judging by the irritation around the patch. He was shorter than Dumbledore, dressed in simple muggle clothes and a heavy, brown jacket that was burned in some places.
"Miss Claire, it's a pleasure to see you." Dumbledore motioned for her to sit down on the chair opposite from him. "I heard your potion was a success."
"Thankfully."
