"And I do hope that you're not planning to make my house a hotel for other beings." Rhian spoke as both her and Samuel made their way to the dining area.
It's already time for breakfast and her butler had prepared a feast to welcome their new recruits.
This also means that Yalex will be arriving anytime soon. Which was news to them because they were expecting Yalex to be gone for a while as he said before."You wanted to meet Yvel, right? This is your chance. Trevor agreed to help you to know more about her so this will be a perfect opportunity." Samuel said and Rhian looked up at him with a scoff.
"You can just check on her future if she's really related to me! Why let the boy do the heavy work?" She said and Samuel lightly laughed.
"I've been refraining from doing that for the time being. It's not helping well with my health and it takes a huge toll. So I'm just a winter prince for now!" Samuel explained in between his laughs and Rhian furrowed her brows at him.
"You should find yourself a partner to share that toll! Didn't you fancy that mermaid? It's perfect! You're a prince and she's a princess! You should try getting close to her!" Rhian rambled and Samuel suddenly stopped walking while his expression went frozen and his cheeks flushed a hue of crimson red.
"A-am I that obvious?" Samuel asked almost whispering. His eyes were round while his lips pouted.
Rhian giggled at how Samuel reacted. "Not really. Although Trevor mentioned that he finds her in your thoughts from time to time!" She said and Samuel's blushing state quickly morphed to a frown.
"That prick! I should've known!" He groaned as they both continued walking to the dining area.
"But really. You should try getting to know her. I'm certain you'll know what to do." Rhian teased and Samuel pouted at her statement.
"I would but I have other responsibilities that require my attention. Maybe when things become less hassle. I can try." He said and huffed.
"Maybe you should leave your position as the school's student council president. It's a lot of work and I'm sure Jessi can pull some strings for you. It's not like school will be our priority from now on." The vampire suggested.
"Yeah. Maybe. I'll talk to Jessi about it."
A few more minutes and the two arrived at the dining area where everyone's already settled to eat.
Blue is sitting beside Trevor. But of course with a safe distance while the other seat beside him is empty for Rhian to take.
"Oh! Good morning!" The girls immediately greeted upon seeing Rhian and Samuel.
The vampire simply faked a smile to the three before gesturing them to sit back. Blue stood up and helped Rhian to her seat. The reddish hue on his cheeks though, not going unnoticed by the vampire.
"Help yourself." Blue mumbled to her with a small smile and pointed where the pitcher of blood was on the table.
"Good morning everyone." Samuel greeted as he sat beside Trevor.
Blue, Trevor and Samuel are sitting beside each other. Across them are the three white creatures. Leaving one more seat empty. Specifically for their final member who hasn't arrived yet.
"I thought Yalex would join us. Was there a change in his plans?" Rhian asked noticing the empty seat across hers.
"He'll be here." Samuel said while busily picking out various breads from the table.
