"We only have two hours left before we go. I really hope nobody bothers us." Rhian sighed as she and Blue watched the sun slowly rise from the east.

It looks beautiful and mesmerizing to the eyes.

"If there is. Samuel would've alerted us already." Blue said bluntly and Rhian looked at him with a playful smirk.

The two were sitting on the stairs near the exit door. With Rhian leaning on his shoulder while being wrapped in his arm. Rhian had also just finished drinking her serum so they can enjoy this moment while everyone are still on their deep slumbers.

"That means we still have enough time to play right?" She asked and Blue just nodded simply. Almost desperate to chuckle as he was having unnecessary ideas of what Rhian could be thinking behind that smirk.

"Let's take a stroll." He stood up and intertwined his hands with the vampire before the two walked away from the house.

They took a stroll around the quiet neighborhood. Filling them with their random conversations but mostly of Rhian's gleeful giggles.

"Wow. Is that a candy house?" Blue suddenly stopped walking when he spotted a house two blocks away.

It looks like a dollhouse made of candies.

"Wanna see what's in it?" Rhian asked sheepishly and Blue nodded. The two immediately raced to the house.

And the sooner they got a better look on it, one movie came to mind.

"Hansel and Gretel!" The two said in unison as they looked at each other. Rhian immediately laughed and Blue hoped he could laugh with her.

"Let's go check if there's a witch!" Blue said trying to make it seem like he's being playful.

The two skidded to the abandoned candy house. When they tried to open the door, it crumbled probably because of how old it is.

"Ugh! It smells so sweet here." Rhian grimaced as they enter the empty house.

Broken furnitures are all over the floor. Including old pieces of candies and cookies that definitely tastes bad now. In conclusion, the candy house is an abandoned mess.

"Oh look! There's a kid." Blue suddenly pointed at the cookie stairs.

Rhian immediately looked at the direction and saw no one. She then looked at Blue who is now ushering someone to come closer. A small gentle smile appearing on his lips.

"Are you lost kid?" Blue asked as he crouched to face level with the little girl.

She's wearing an old vintage pink dress. Her hair is tied up with sprinkles and little cupcakes all over her hair.
She looks like the vintage version of Vanellope VonSchweetz.

Rhian just sighed as she watched Blue talking to nothing.
He's probably talking to a ghost.
She thought.

Blue talked to the little girl for a while. He sounded like he's trying to convince her to go into "the door." And after atleast half an hour. Blue was able to send the little girl away.

"Is she gone?" Rhian asked a little irritated.

"Yes. What's wrong?" He asked when he noticed the frown on her face.

"I wanted to keep you to myself that's why I agreed to sneak away from the others. And that ghost really had to snatch you from me." She complained and Blue wished he could laugh or atleast smile at that.

But expressing any of his emotions are literally a difficult challenge for him now.
Wonder whose fault is that.

"We only have an hour left and now we have to go back before they suspect us getting kidnapped or something!" Rhian added before stomping towards the door.
