"How much do we have?" Jade asked Samuel the sooner they sent Ilian back to the water to secure the area.

"Less than seven hours. We can survive it, don't worry." Samuel assured her before he turned to face the others.

"You're lucky I'm here. I'm the only reason that's keeping them from attacking." Yalex said rather proudly. Earning him an eyeroll from the white creatures.

"Which is why we are the ones who will attack first. We can't have them tailing us the moment we teleport. They'll figure out where we'll be heading to." Samuel said with stern.

Trevor is still asleep. While Kitsch is still a baby and Ysabella can't fight underwater. So Yvel and Coleen will be staying in the room to make sure to protect the three. While the other five, along with Jade's cousin. Will be out to fight.

"Don't worry. We will protect them. You guys go out and crush them!!!" Yvel cheered while raising both her fists.

"We'll be back a few minutes before our next travel." Samuel said to them.

The five finally left the room. Jumping to the water and swimming to each of their own positions.

The fact that Yalex is with them is the main reason why those creatures wouldn't attack. And that worries Samuel because there is a high probability that they will be followed.

Jade and Ilian had to stick together. The mermaid is still a princess of her race. And with all those evil creatures surrounding them. She needed someone to guard her even if she's already strong.

Yalex and Blue went alone since nothing really kills them both. And Blue only dies if he goes suicide. Rhian and Samuel went together. All six of them surrounded not very far from Samuel's room.

Yalex was the first one to attack the sooner he spotted one of their enemies. It's been a while since he fought with underwater creatures. And mind him, he had no record of defeat.
He was also fight-deprived since the last fight he had was the day before he came back to guard Trevor.

Blue and the other four sensed that Yalex finally began their attack.
Blue followed after him and casted a dark spell. Pulling his enemies out of their hide outs.

The angel had completely set aside his good side as he morphed into his dark form. He had a fair share of pain so it was filthy pleasureable for him as he makes his newest kill to date.

Blue might have gone further away from his position and ended where Samuel and Rhian are having a fight of their own. The two took a brief look at the younger.
A bit astounded by his appearance.

It was pretty obvious that the angel of death fights like a horrifying demon. Although he had his own ways.

Samuel had to nudge Rhian when he noticed that she was about to daze and just stare at the angel. Thankfully. She quickly regained her composure and went back into fighting.

It was a bit difficult for the two to move freely. Because both of them had never fought underwater before.
Although Blue is like them, he was too immersed and controlled by his dark side so the water did not hold him back.

"What was that?" Ysabella asked upon hearing continious growls.

It was different from those they heard on land. The best way the phoenix could describe the sounds was monstrous and loud. And it really bothers her and her little brother since the both of them are new to literally everything.

"Don't worry. We'll keep you safe here. We still have a few hours to go. But it will be over soon." Yvel said to her whilst trying to distract the little dragon by letting it play with her fingers.

"He's still passed out. I hppe he wakes up sooner." Coleen spoke as he stares at Trevor who is still past asleep on her side.

But only a few minutes later. The boy had started making movements as he groans. It didn't took long for him to flutter his eyes open. Pairs of concerned eyes greeted him as he landed his gaze on his friends.

"Are you alright? How are you feeling?" Coleen was first to ask him and Trevor shifted his attention to her.

He tried to sit up with Coleen's help and he was beyond relieved that he could feel his limbs again.
Trevor lifted his hands. Tracing his fingers from his neck up to his lips.

The sorcerer looked pretty dazed. And that's when Coleen finally took in and noticed that his lips were swollen. But probably not as much as it was before.

As the memories began flooding back in his mind. Trevor grimaced and a tint of red flushed on his cheeks.

It was quite a very painful process to be in. He didn't know it would be that harsh and horrifying despite Yalex going easy on him.

He remembered the demon clearly warned;
When demon feeds from their prey, they kill. So it will be more painful because I don't want to kill you.

He let out a long dejected sigh as he reached to rub his temples.
Although his body is no longer feeling numb. It still feels heavy and in pain. It felt like almost half of the percentage of his life span was sucked out of him in a very forceful way. Even though Yalex only took 2 or 4 souls away from him.

"I think I'm good now. Considering I'm awake." The boy answered as he chuckles. "How long have I been out?" He asked.

"Almost the entire time we're here." Yvel said as she observes the boy.

"How are you feeling?" Coleen asked again but didn't let the boy reply as she immediately started checking his current state.

She could tell that his body is still in pain and his head feels very heavy as of the moment.

"Don't worry. You'll feel better soon." Coleen said to him and smiled.

"Where are the others?" Trevor asked when he looked for the others but didn't found them there.

He also noticed the weird surround sounds which clearly wasn't there before from what he remembers.

"Out in a fight. Remember those things Yalex mentioned that will come for you? They're here now." Yvel said.

"You should stay here with us. You can't fight at this state." Coleen said to him sensing the boy was attempting to stand up.

"I think Kitsch is hungry." Yvel said all of a sudden.

Everyone shifted their attention to the dragon. It was biting on Yvel's finger. And since it didn't have any sharp teeth yet, the girl could only giggle as it gives off a ticklish sensation.

"Jade go to hunt. Came back with a friend." Ysabella said with a moping tone. She was hungry too.

And unlike the others, the two creatures are not yet used to starving themselves since Samuel and Jessi kind of spoiled them. Especially Ysabella who had the best treatment. And she wanted to spoil her brother too if possible.

"They might need to starve for a few hours more. We can't really do anything about it." Coleen said with a sigh.

Seconds continued to tick.

Turning into minutes and to hours.

"Let's get the hell out of here before more of them comes!"
