(Pov 2)

She awoke from her slumber and looked around, she stretched before getting up. She looked at the corner and smiled, a pile of scrap metal laid on the ground. She knew Toby would work on the stove, she was slightly excited about it. But she also loved the feeling of living on the land, free as can be but it was nice to have some modern-day technology. She walked over to toby and slightly shook him, he stayed asleep, she sighed and shook him harder.

" Toby it's time to wake up," he shifted away and looked at her.

" Hey clocky," he said as he sat up.

She smiled and gave him a small kiss.

" Hey Toby," she said as she stood up and walked to the bag and grabbed a few snacks.

Toby stretched before accepting the snack from clockwork, she sat down and they both began to eat. She wondered if Toby was going to work on the stove, she hoped he did she knew it would take time for it to fully complete though it would be worth it. They would be able to use it for years just as long as he did it, if he did it wrong it would be a death trap. Though she trusted him, she stood up and threw her trash in the bag. She looked at Toby who was getting ready to weld.

" Clockwork my dear would you be so kind to chop some wood so you won't be in the blast of the tank," she nodded and got ready and grabbed the axe.

She left the house and walked to the trees, she wondered him much she should cut down. She shrugged, she would stop when it got dark. She raised the axe and started to chop at the tree, wood chunks burst from the tree due to the force from the axe. She sighed as realized she picked one of the big trees that were tall and fat, this would take a while. She smiled as she remembered that night they met, she honestly thought he was going to kill her but the police saved her. She was lucky she could trick the lady, though she felt bad for killing her. She was one of the few police that was there to protect, clockwork respected her. She might just bring flowers to her in the spring and ask for forgiveness, she had a life ahead of her and clockwork took it away without a thought. She wiped the tears from her eyes, clockwork knew she was a monster for hurting innocent people yet anger made her do it. She felt like it was unfair for people to have a happy life while she went through hell while they watched TV and have a laugh with their family, though she no longer felt like that she had someone now. Someone that went through the same things as her, she smiled as she stepped out of the way of the fallen tree. She started to chop at it getting, it was tougher when it was lying down. She walked to the house and grabbed the saw, she walked back to the tree and began to saw it. It worked better than the axe, she smiled as she looked back at the house. She was lucky to find her true love, he didn't care about her scars or her insecurity. He found them to be beautiful, she knew when they visit Brian and Tim when they whipped themselves down with baby whips she knew he was looking at her but his eyes never stared at her scars or stretch marks. Instead, he looked at her quickly before looking away blushing, she had found it cute. She would have been convinced he didn't have an evil bone in him if she didn't know he killed anyone, though she knew he had an innocent mind. She found it cute, she found everything about him cute even the scars on him. He was so insecure about the one on his face but she found it adorable, it made him look badass though she never pushed him to show her. When he was ready he would show her, she sighed as she looked at the sky. It was getting dark, she looked back at the tree. Most of the tree was sawed up, she would work on it tomorrow. She walked to the house putting the saw down and knocking on the door, she waited a few seconds and Toby opened the door with a smile. Her face tinted red as his mouthguard was off, she smiled slightly before going into the corner and lying down. She was going to bed early, she watched as Toby put everything away and lied next to her. He snuggled close to her, she smiled and grabbed his arm and pulled it close to her chest. She yawned and closed her eyes, man she was tired. Guess she didn't notice till now
