I was hanging on Momo's suit with my Threads as we were followed suit by Endeavour in his hero suit. The others however were on the car being driven by Endeavour's driver. Rogue was on my shoulder as her eyes turned slits towards the trouble that awaits us towards our north.
Suddenly, we were interrupted when Rei, being wrapped upon by a piece of white clothes being thrown at us.

I quickly slashed every piece of the clothing that was wrapping Rei before grabbing her and landed gently on the road. I looked at her as she was shaking violently on my arms. She quickly grabbed me as I was her only lifeline.
Figuratively, it was her only choice to do. Her life was turning into a new leaf until she was attacked again. The past from Endeavour's abuse and now villains. Why can't the author just leave Rei alone? She has had enough from all the trauma she had experience.
