It's Christmas Eve and the titans are having a festive night at the tower.
Wally snapping pictures of everyone, beast boy and Vic are helping Donna and Kory with gingerbread cookies.
*knock knock* Dick knocks on Rachel's door
"Come in"
Dick walks in and sees rachel sitting on her bed watching the snow fall from her window
"You know we're having a party out here" He walks over to her
"So I've heard. I guess I'm just not used to stuff like this still.. ya know? Family holidays." She admits
"I know.. and I can understand. Believe me..and I may not know how it feels to be in your shoes exactly but you know I'm always here for you." Dick comforts her
"Thanks, dad" she jokes
"Anytime." He winks and walks out
Rachel comes out of her room to try to enjoy the night. Christmas tunes playing and the fire roasting and smell goods in the air.
"I know exactly what you're thinking and yes I will dance with you" Wally walks to Rachel as she converses with Vic
"Excuse me?"
"You must be lost, wal." Vic snorts
"Apparently." She mocks
"Oh come on. Dick, and Kory are dancing.. Plus I'll show you all my great moves" Making himself look like a dork
Rachel softly laughing. "Ok.. One dance."
"Fine. Sorry for both- Wait! Did you say yes?" Wally stunned
"Yes, but only one and don't embarrass me."
"You got it. You're the boss." He takes her hand and they start swaying to baby it's cold outside.
Vic goes to join beast boy trying to stuff his mouth with sweets.
"Hey, Gar. Got anymore room in there?"
"What" he says his mouth full. He coughs and swallows it down. "Oh sorry. I was just..."
"Making sure they're just right for the rest huh?" Vic cocks a brow
"Uh yea!" He replies quickly. He glands over at raven and Wally dancing "why is Wally dancing with Rachel? She doesn't even like dancing!"
"Don't take it too hard. He had to beg."
"I was gonna beg! I mean ask." He stutters
"Gar, you've had a crush on her for a long time and now you only wanna make a move because you see she's having a good time with someone else." Donna throws her opinion in
"What?! This isn't about Wally. He has no game" BB gets worked up
"Oh no she's right, Gar. Of all the chances you had.. You're lucky if she even remembers your name" Vic teases and him and Donna laugh.
"Yea! Laugh it up, you two! Tonight I'm gonna make a move on raven and you'll see." bb walks away leaving the rest laughing at his hypertension
As Beast boy contemplates on how to ask her to dance, the current dance ends.
"Wally I can't believe I'm going to say this but I actually liked that." Rachel compliments
"You're surprised? Come on, Girl. I'm the whole package." Wally jokes and causes raven to giggle
"Hey what's so funny over here?" Gar intrudes
"Oh it's nothing. Is rose coming? I thought she said something about trying to make it." Rachel mentions
"Eh. Probably not. Her and Jason have been hanging out more again." Wally adds
Rachel shrugs.
"Hey, Rae I was thinking maybe I can talk to you for a sec?" Gar asks nervous
"Um sure?" Rachel suspicious and walks to the corner of the room.
"Well.. I was thinking we been through a lot together. Lot of missions. Bad guys.."
"Tell me about it"
"Well.. I feel like seeing you grow as You and me becoming more of a titan and I know you were with Damian and I with terra.. it wasn't exactly an easy thing to see.. but I think what I'm trying to say is.. I'm kind of.. in love with you"
Rachel stunned. Feeling butterflies in her stomach tense up. "Um.."
"It's ok. I understand if you don't feel the same. Im green. I'm out there.. and I can be annoying.."
Rachel pulling him in a kiss and making Gar pink.
After pulling away and seeing his reaction. "Wow.. You.. you kissed me."
"Yea.. You were talking a lot and plus.." she points up to show a mistletoe. "By the way.. I guess I kinda.. like you too."
"Yea?" He blushes
Vic and Jinx come recording people under mistletoes "kiss cam!"
Gar pulls raven into another kiss and putting their arms around each other. Normally Rachel isn't into the public affection but since it was Christmas and Gar's confession it made her give in.
