Rachel reading a book in her room on her chair that sits against her window while the rain comes down.
*knock knock* beast boy enters
"Hey, beautiful."
She lifted a finger up to tell him to halt as she was finishing her page. Then shut her book. "Yes?"
"I was thinking.." he knelt down in front of her "we could go out and grab a bite. Just you and me."
"You sure?"
"Yea,why you say that?"He asks confused
"Well, you seem not to care about us having quality time lately. You're either choosing to hang out with Victor, train with the others and when you have time for me it's only for something you can't do with the others" she sasses
"Aw, Rae. You know I'm sorry.. I've not been the boyfriend I usually am.." he bowed his head to her knees.
She feeling a soft spot for him and lays her hand on his green hair. "Well.. I do enjoy seeing you sulk.. it's okay."
"Wait.. you mean to say.. you missed me?" Garfield getting cheeky
"Uh. That's not-" Rachel stuttering
"No, no. Go ahead. Let me hear more about how I been mia to the needs of my love" he stretches
"Ok. I hate you again." Raven getting annoyed
"Ok. Ok. I won't push it further." He giggles "But.. you're right. We definitely need to spend more time together. Like tonight..you and me need to go out. Just us."
"Yea?" Gar holding her hand and kissing her knuckles slowly. "I guess I can make time." She plays hard to get.
Gar wears his black hoodie with COD logo and khakis with his thick green hair spiked and fluffed. Rachel wearing high black stockings, black shorts, a purple hoodie with her hair down.
"Bye guys, see you later." Gar waves at Victor, Donna and Jason.
"Where are you off to?" Vic asks
"Date night." He says with a smile
"Rachel, the queen of darkness, you do date night?" Jason smarts off
She slides up a middle finger. Jason holds up a heart he shaped with his hands. "He's a lucky guy" he sarcastically jokes
Gar and Rachel hold hands walking to the restraint around the corner. "Wanna go in here?" Gar points
"What is it? Vegan place? Couldn't hurt I guess." She nods and they walk in.
They both grab a table and order.
He holds her hand over the table. "You look so beautiful, Raven"
She blushes and lightly scratches his open palm knowing he loves that. "It's nice. Just us. I love the others but.. some are just a headache."
He chuckles "Well, I shouldn't have been putting other things in front of us. To be honest.. I was kinda surprised you noticed.." he scratches his neck
"Hm?"
"Yea.. it's just.. sometimes, rach you don't give the "I want you to want me" vibe. When it comes to me wanting to give you affections or us together.. but I know you. You're just a sentimental person when it comes to showing how you feel and vulnerability.. and I love that about you."
She smiles and tucks her hair behind her ear. "Of course I want you. I mean I know I should show it more instead of other areas"
"Which you are great at by the way" he blurts out
She blushes and giggles "I'm trying to be romantic here.. but yes.. I want to make you happy.."
"Rae.. You don't have to kiss me in front of a crowd to prove you love me. I know you do." Gar reassures her
They have dinner and head back home.
