Request: Rachel is moving to Bludhaven for school and Dick, Kory and Conner will be taking her and getting her moved in.
"All packed?" Tim walked in.
"Pretty much.. I still can't believe I'm going to collage. It's.. just weird. Fight for the world one day and going to school the next.. you think this is the right thing?" Rachel hesitating
"Rach. Yes. You are definitely doing what is good for you and you'll always regret it."
"You're right."
"Of course I am" he chuckles as he goes to hug her. "I'll come visit soon."
"You better." Rachel hugs tight. "Where's Gar?"
"Oh.. he kinda already left"
"Oh?" Rachel confused why he would leave before saying goodbye. "Well, that's fine. He's got his reasons."
"I'm sure he didn't mean anything.. he's probably just excited" Tim assures her
She nods even though she doesn't believe that
She and the rest get in the car.
Dick and Kory in the front seats. Raven, Conner and Krypto in the back.
It was a long drive and between annoying car tunes, pit stops and kryptos drool she was ready to go back home
Finally they made it to Bludhaven's Collage.
"Wow look at this." Kory looking around
"Wow" Conner seeing a squad of girls
"Really?" Rachel crossing her arms
"I was admiring their will for education." Conner excusing hisself
"Oh of course."
They go to find Rachel's dorm and meet her room mate.
"Hi. You must be Rachel? I'm lily. As you can see this is my side." She points to the soft aesthetic stuff.
"It's very.. nice." Rachel, although being white raven is quite still the goth girl inside
"Thanks. I'll let you guys set up and I'll see you later."
Connor set up her bed and dresser, Kory was helping her organize and Dick went looking around making sure the place is just right for her anyways
"Alright. Looks like we're all set." Kory said before looking at Rachel wanting to cry.
"If you cry, I will." She hugs her
"I can't believe I'm not gonna see you everyday." Kory wiping off her tears
"You guys can always visit. And I'll be there for holidays and breaks"
"It just doesn't feel like enough.. but believe it or not.. Im so happy you're doing this. You've come so far."
She smiles feeling better Kory supporting her
Dick walks in "you sure you just don't wanna come back home and be a waitress?" Dick teasing her
She playfully rolls her eyes "I think im sure, yea." She chuckles and hugs him.
The both of them feeling sad but knows it's for the best
"All set, guys?" He asks Conner and Kory
"All ready to go.. I just have one thing to do." Conner says before bear hugging Rachel.
"Oh!" Feeling his arms embrace her "I'll miss you too, Connor." She laughs. She leans down and scratches kryptos head "I'll miss you too, Krypto"
When Rachel is alone and the titans had left she had inhaled and exhaled and sat on her bed feeling nervous.
Her roommate coming in again. "Wow. That was set up really fast."
"Yea well, my brother is known for being fast" Rae referring to Conner already missing them all
"Must be nice. I'm an only child. By the way your parents are so young. They must have been like super young when you were born"
Rachel wanting to assure her that's not her parents but felt her real story is too bizarre to share. "Yea.. they were"
"Well, if you'd like to come with me I'll show you everywhere and get you in sync with everything" lily offers
"That sounds amazing." She follows her lily
