Requested: It's New Years and Gar really wants to kiss Rachel for New Years but she plays hard to get but secretly wants to as well
Gar, Rachel and Conner are watching tv. Megan walks to Conner and sits on his lap.
"Aw man!" Conner and Gar groan seeing their favorite fighter lose
"You know this is fake right?" Raven busts their bubble
"Is not!" Gar sasses
"Pinning on a clothesline? I mean not even you would be pinned at that, Gar."
Conner laughs
"Aw. You're just being sweet." Gar oblivious she was insulting him
"I don't think that was a compliment, Gar." Conner mentioning
"Oh. I definitely did." Raven sarcastically added
"Happy almost New Years!" Megan walks toward connects lap and She kisses him
Conner smiles as beast boy and raven looks over at each other awkwardly. Raven nervous gets up and leaves the room
"Still no luck huh?" Megan asks
Gar shrugs
"Just be yourself, Gar. If it's meant to be, trust me nothing will stop it." Conner comforts his friend
"Thanks guys."
Rachel and Rose setting up party decorations.
"Bringing anyone to the party?" Rachel asks
"No one you guys would like."
"Read you loud and clear."
"Hey.. are you still going out with that one guy?" Rose asks
"Oh.. no. Things weren't going so well."
"What happened?"
"I don't know.. I mean I want someone serious.. but he was too serious."
Rose seeing Gar goofing off with their friends across the room "you know whose not so serious?" Rose teases
Rachel looks back and turns back around "don't."
"What? I mean green looks great on you" rose teases and laughs
"Shut up." She rolls her eyes.
The party has started and the tower is decorated and music is playing.
Tim drake and wonder girl are competing in beer pong.
"Come on, Donna!" Beast boy excited
"Hey!" Tim yells
"What? It's wonder girl." Gar makes a point
Donna wins. "Woo hoo!" The team claps
"Gar, you're up." Donna pats his shoulder.
"Me?" He picks up the ball
"Oh this should be fun." Raven smirking
"Oh I think we have a contestant!" Tim calls for raven to play
"What? No I wasn't-" Rachel being pushed to the table
"Yea, Rae. Come on. This should be "fun"" he smirks back
"Fine."
"No magic!" Gar points
"I don't need magic." She replies and crowd reacts
"Oh yea? How about we make it interesting." Gar mentions
"Ok. If I win you have to shave your head."
There were gasps in the crowd
Gar widens his eyes. "Fine..fine.. but if I win, you gotta kiss me on New Years." The crowd reacts and giggles
She rolls her eyes. "Deal."
Gar and Rachel start the game with him winning and eventually rachel catching up.
They are down to the last one two. Gar misses and now it's Rachel's turn. She makes it and has the chance to win the last cup. As she tosses she bites her lip and misses it.
"Phew!" Gar sighs
"Come on Gar!" Conner and the boys cheer him on.
Gar takes a deep breath and tosses and everyone's eyes are wide and he makes the cup.
"Yes!" Gar jumps. "Oh I never loved my hair more than I do now."
Rachel shrugged "it wasn't a real bet, Gar."
"No, no no no. You are I at midnight." Gar laughs while everyone laughs and is noisy
"Fine!" Raven rolled her eyes but secretly liked it
The rest of the night until midnight everyone played games and danced.
"Ok everyone 2 minutes til midnight!" Conner shouts
"Oh Rae Rae." Gar sneaks behind her.
"Enjoy this. Because it'll be the only time."
"You know Rae we don't have to.. It's not really enjoyable if you're not on the same page." Gar mentions
Rachel's feeling of disappointment comes over her. "You won though?"
"Yea.. but.. I don't wanna kiss you because I need a kiss for New Years.. I wanted to kiss you before that."
Rachel immediately felt weak for him.
"3..2..1!"
Rachel reach up to beast boy and kissed him to his surprise. Gar holding her close to him kissing her back.
They pulled away "happy new year, Rachel."
"Happy new year, Gar."
