I lift my head off Brook's lap a little and turn towards her.

"Jaylen, a act weird towards yuh from Saturday?" I ask her and her face shows her confusion.

"Like him a.... mi nuh know how to explain it but him a act weird in any way?" I ask again and she shakes her head.

"No, him act the same as he always does, a wah?" She asks as she moves up more into the couch.

"A nuh nothing is just that Klaus a move sneaking. Like him never here early in a the mornings him nah tell me weh him a go and if mi ask him, him vex and do the most. Plus him call mi randomly every day like all 40-time fi the day fi ask if mi good and weh mi deh" I tell her as I position myself into a sitting position.

"My honestly nuh know but mi kinda feel like it has something fi do with the likkle boy weh mi did tell yuh mi see chop up the night" I state and she nods.

"Like last night him come in late right and him walk come over to my side of the bed and pull back the sheet from over mi, and start like search mi body and then him pull back up the sheet and walk weh and this morning me ask him bout it and him ago seh a nothing, him did just waah see if mi a sleep. Like really come up with a better lie." I finish and roll my eyes.

"Mi nuh know weh if tell you other than keep on ask him or ask the same question differently. It look like man head wire different and them only focus pon the less important things in a question. Suh if yuh waah him answer yuh question just accuse him of something or seh weh him do in the wrong order and him will correct yuh giving you exactly weh yuh waah fi hear" Brook advises and I laugh nodding.

"Nuh feel like that ago ketch Mr knows it all," I say and she laughs.

"Yuh waah we look now?" I say and point my finger in the direction of the bathroom.

She shakes her head and looks down.

"Girl wi affi look now," I say and stand before walking over to the half bath.

I take them up carefully and walk back over to her.

"Okay so we going to place all 4 of them inside and spin it around right and we take out one each round okay" I instruct and she nods.

I shake the little container and do the first take.

I pull it out and turn it upside facing me.

I wide smile plasters on my face.

"Negative" I smile and show it to Brook.

"Yuh nuh sure if a yours suh nuh grin off yuh teeth" I hiss and pass the container to her. She shakes it before placing her shaking hands inside.
