Trent felt a bit overwhelmed by the bustling crowd in Geoff's party and decided to take a breather, heading to cool off towards the balcony. He hoped to find a quiet moment of solitude among the party's energy. As Trent stepped outside, he noticed you sitting alone, puffing on a joint and gazing at the night sky.

"Hey there, man! What's happening?" Trent smiled, feeling a little nervous.

You shrugged, "Just chilling."

Your rugged demeanor and the faint smell of smoke made you seem intimidating at first. However, the more Trent observed you, the more his curiosity got the best of him.

Trent said, trying to strike up a conversation. "Mind if I join you?"

You looked up, giving him a small smile. "Sure, man. Pull up a seat."

As you sat side by side, Trent couldn't help but notice the relaxed aura surrounding you. You didn't seem to care about the energy of the party, only focusing on the beauty of the stars.

"Stars carry a meaning.. They symbolize that despite the darkness that surrounds us, there is a light of potential deep inside." You told Trent.

Trent nodded in admiration. "I couldn't agree more."

You both began to talk more, and Trent discovered that your exterior hid a kind and compassionate soul. You both found common ground in your love for music, especially the meaningful ones, and the awkwardness began to fade away.

Trent almost forgot about the party and excused himself by saying, "Y/N.. You're an amazing guy and I had a great time with you. Can I see you again?"

"Of course. I had a great time with you too."

You both exchanged numbers then Trent left to join the rest of his Total Drama friends.

"Hey Trent, you look flustered, buddy! What happened?" Owen asked, giving Trent a mischievous grin, as Trent approached the group.

Trent shrugged, blushing slightly. "Just...This really amazing guy."
