Today, you have to present a speech in English class, which you absolutely hated. You were shy and hated speaking in front of people.

There was this particular guy named Noah, who you had a crush on, who would always smirk at you whenever you presented. He found your shyness cute and would smirk at you just to see your flustered reaction. He had a crush on you for quite some time and saw this as a way to show his feelings for you.

You usually didn't mind whenever Noah did this, but sometimes it really made you feel more nervous than you needed to be. It didn't help that you liked Noah a lot.

Noah couldn't help but notice your nervousness once it was your turn to present. When you stood up, your voice was barely audible but you tried your best. You glanced at Noah and blushed, once you noticed his stupid smirk on his cute face.

Noah couldn't help but chuckle, causing your cheeks to flush an even deeper shade of red. Your eyes darted around the room, avoiding direct eye contact with anyone. You stumbled over your words, causing his smirk to grow wider. He enjoyed your adorable shyness and loved seeing you blush.

As Noah watched you struggle, he began to grow concerned and realized he was probably pushing you too far.

Clearing his throat, he spoke up, "Hey, Y/N, take your time. We're all here to support you." He smiled genuinely and you nodded, appreciating his encouragement.

You continued your speech and he mouthed, "You're doing great, Y/N!" You blushed a little at this and he chuckled a little, still finding your shyness adorable.

As you finished your speech, everyone clapped. Noah got up from his seat and approached you with a warm smile, "I hope I didn't push you too far," he said sincerely. "You did great up there."

You blushed once more but managed to smile back at him. "Thank you, Noah. Your encouragement meant a lot to me."

Noah wrapped you in a hug, making a mental note to be more considerate in the future. He planned to ask you out one day and after all, he wanted to make a better impression than the guy who just smirks.
