Y'all already know how I feel about "my ex" that's what I'll call him lol. 😂😂
But I did listen to the new songs on YouTube. And I'm not going to lie they are very good. I can say a lot of things about him, but one thing I cannot say is he makes bad music. I'm not a hater, he deserves credit where it is due.
Listening though I can't help but think if he released those two songs first how much more radio play he might have gotten. Because honestly
I have not once, at least on Chicago radio heard any of his new songs which I think is a shame. And I listen to the radio a lot. They still play "I luv this shit" and even play "bottom of the bottle." --which isn't his song but was released wayyyy after his new music.
I know people said they have heard his songs on the radio before, but you have to admit it is not at the level they play "I luv this shit" or the other songs he's featured on like "bottom
Of the bottle" or hold you down. and usually if you hear it, it's satellite radio.
So do you think either "dreamer" or "been around the world" would've been better choices for lead singles?
Regardless of how I feel and I still feel that way, his music is awesome (that's why we loved him to begin with) and it does deserve radio play. And from what I have seen the radio (besides satellite radio) has shown him no love with the new album.
