Death Spiral Smackdown

"Prepare yourself, dingoes! It's time for my annual fitness challenge week! This year, forget about push-ups and sit-ups. It's time for bruises, sprains, and freak accidents! I present the Death Spiral Smackdown!" Perry shouts revealing her death spiral in the gym.

"Well, say what you will about her, but she knows how to bring the sizzle." Adam chuckles.

"Did somebody say...sizzle." Mia says walking over, putting on a dramatic voice.

"Oh I get it, because of your abilities." Adam says, acting like he's discovered a new planet.

"Why do you call it the Death Spiral? I mean... Doesn't look so scary to me." Leo asks walking over to Perry.

"Why don't I have vice principal Cochran demonstrate for you?" Perry says pulling the vice principal onto the death spiral and stepping off again. The spiral starts up and spins around at a rapid pace, knocking the vice principal into a pile of chairs.

"It's not broken! Walk it off!" Perry shouts at him.

"Wait, s-so how does it work?" Adam stammers.

"You wrestle your opponent as it spins you silly. It'll test your strength, reflexes, and ability to hold your bladder against centrifugal force! Ha ha ha!" Perry cackles, amused by the pain her students will be in.

"Well, I can easily handle it." Mia says walking over.

"Kid, its not safe for you. Go for it!" Perry shouts pushing Mia onto the spiral. The spiral starts up and at first, Mia stays on with ease.

"Ok, I'm gonna amp up the power!" Perry shouts turning up the power. The spiral speeds up and Mia stills manages to stay on, but she starts to struggle. Perry, frustrated that Mia isn't falling off, turns up the power even more although it has little effect on her.

"What is this kid?! Some kind of robot!" Perry snaps.

"Robot? That's ridiculous." Adam stammers.

"Totally." Leo adds.

"Well lets see how she likes this!" Perry snaps, turning the spiral up to maximum. The speed cause Mia to fall to her feet and fall off the spiral, crashing through the gym doors.

"Mia!" Adam shouts running over to his little sister, who's now laying in the hall.

"Are you ok?!" Leo gasps running over.

"I think I have concussion." Mia groans before passing out.

"Hey Davenport, how is Mia?" Adam asks Donald walks into the kitchen, where he and his siblings are sat waiting for news about their little sister.

"Well she's not exactly peachy, but she could be worse. She has a mild concussion and a sprained wrist. Luckily, nothing's broken." Donald explains.

"How did it happen anyway?" Chase asks.

"She went on the Death Spiral, me and Adam are gonna go on it later." Leo says.

"You let her on the Death Spiral! I'm not exactly sure what it is, but it sure doesn't sound safe!" Bree snaps glaring at Adam and Leo.

"Well, Mia's asleep. You guys can go see her when she's awake. Try not to make too much noise." Donald says before walking out of the room.

"So, is the Death Spiral safe or what?" Bree asks.

"It's not, but its awesome! Me and Leo are gonna win the Death Spiral Smackdown after school today. Do you guys wanna come and watch?" Adam asks.

"As much as I love to see you hurt yourselves, we're gonna go to the mall and check out the escalator. I finally mastered the art of stepping off without tripping." Chase chuckles.
