Sha'ar denied Vader and Sidious of their "generous" offer. In revenge, they burned out his eyes. Blinded and in utter agony, Sha'ar was thrown into a dungeon where his once loyal companion, Kaikai, entered the cell, having sworn his loyalty to the Empire. Seeing his friend and companion giving up and so angry at him, Sha'ar begged him to see the truth, but Kaikai had finally learned the truth of Sha'ar's involvement on Dantooine. Furious, Kaikai began to beat an already exhausted and chained Sha'ar, but when it came down to dealing the death blow, Kaikai couldn't. Instead, Vader stabbed his lightsaber through Sha'ar's heart and as he died at Kaikai's feet, the poor boy regretted his last words to the Bounty Hunter.
I tried to stay true to Sha'ar's character (and Kaikai's) during his death, so I hope it's okay. You are an amazing writer and I'm really going to miss you and Sha'ar as well!
To recap:
Suljuuk survived.
Sha'ar died, betrayed by his own friend.
