Emy wasted no time.

Nang nakatakas na sila Misa ay agad niyang nilapitan sila Alessandra na kasama na ngayon nila Franco.

"You need to be treated." She told Alessandra.

"Don't worry about me. Daplis lang to."

"Emy, you should be the one who needs to be treated." Lucy said with worry.

But she just ignored her.

"Franco, please bring Alessandra and yourself to the infirmary now."

"How about you?" Tanong ni Choi Kang.

"I..." Emy couldn't bring herself to say it.

Liu Fu and Franco had understood her.

"We will go now, Emy. Wag ka ng mag-alala sa amin. Go to Phoenix now." Liu Fu said.

Emy nodded at him gratefully at saka tumalikod na.

Then she walked towards Phoenix.

Her heart was breaking. The horse looked pitiful. Phoenix was still whimpering and it pained Emy more.

"Miss, I know a good animal doctor. I will bring your horse to him. But for now, please go with the Crown Prince to get treatment." It was Vaughn.

It was kinda deep. He is afraid na baka may tinamaan na vital organ dito. But that doctor was not that bad at all. Isa ito sa palaging nilalapitan kapag may problema ang mga war horses ng Grey City.

"The doctor cures our war horses from diseases and injuries. Let's believe on him and hope he can heal your horse."

Napahinga na lang ng malalim si Emy.

Well, she'd rather have someone try to treat Phoenix kesa pabayaan itong mamatay doon.

Kaya naman kahit ayaw niyang malayo dito, she let the royal guards and Vaughn na pagtulungan si Phoenix na maihatid doon sa animal doctor na sinasabi nito.

Habang siya naman ay nanghihinang napasandal na lang kay Sebastian.

When Francis and Feng heard what had happened, agad nilang sinundo ang mga ito.

They saw na may mga pasa sila Franco, Liu Fu at Choi Kang. Si Emy naman may sugat sa pisngi at braso. Even her fingers have wounds.

Although nagamot na ni Sebastian ang mga iyon, but still, the way Emy looked so down made them worried.

Nang makauwi sila ay saka lamang nila nalaman ang nangyari sa kabayo ni Emy dahil na rin sa kwento nung tatlong binata. They knew how she loved the horse. Kaya naman nababagabag sila.

Emy, however, cried in her room. She can't stop her weakness now.

Hindi lang naman dahil kay Phoenix kaya siya parang nanghihina ngayon. She thought she was strong. She thought she had already removed her weaknesses.

But who would have thought na ganito pala sa kanya talaga kahalaga ang mga tao sa paligid niya?

It was just Alessandra's wounds and Franco, Liu Fu and Choi Kang's bruises pero grabe na yung alala niya kanina.

Paano pa kaya kung mas malala pa doon?

Paano kung hindi lang sila ang makaranas noon?

Her eyes shut as she tried to remove the horrifying images in her mind. Can you actually blame her? She had seen deaths for two of her lives.

Samantha lost Marco, Shereen and herself.

Emy lost her father and herself also.

Those lost were not just too simple.

Kaya rin siguro ganun na lang din ang kirot ng puso niya kada maiisip kung maililigtas pa kaya si Phoenix.

She's praying they would.
