Aotsuki's Story Part 1

"I died 7 years ago..."

They are the words that echoed through Aotsuki's mind everyday. That was the truth and he couldn't escape from it. To put more context behind them words, we need to look at the past of Aotsuki Nakamura. We need to go to the very beginning of the end of Aotsuki.

"Hey! Hey! Shinra! Are you there?!", called a young Aotsuki.

"Yes, I am here. Nice to see you, Aotsuki", bubbled Shinra.

"Congratulations on the birth of your son!", congratulated Aotsuki.

"Thank you very much, Aotsuki.", thanked Shinra.

"Ah! Aotsuki! Long time no see, please come in and see our son, Suzuki.", said Himari while popping her head through the door.

Aotsuki agreed to come into their home. Himari showed him the way to where the newborn Suzuki was and he slowly walked in so he didn't disturb the sleeping baby. They then went into the front room and sat down to catch while Aotsuki has been away.

"So, you're 12 now, Aotsuki.", asked Himari.

"Yeah! One more year until I can fight in Shinra's clan! I can't wait!", bleamed Aotsuki.

"It will be a great to have you fight with us, Aotsuki. I have been training you since you was young, so your skills will fit right into our Clan.", praised Shinra.

"Don't push yourself too hard, Aotsuki. When you are that young, your main object is to stay alive. And besides, you don't want me or that young little angel to cry when you get hurt, do you?", worried Himari.

"Of course not! I want make anyone worry or cry for me! Not you, Shinra or Ava!", vowed Aotsuki.

"Did you call me, Aotsuki!", Ava chimed in.

"Woah! Ava! Where did you come from?!", gasped Aotsuki.

"Huh?! I heard you call me!", pointed out Ava.

"Just because I said your name doesn't mean you can pop out of nowhere!", complained Aotsuki.

"Are you mad?", Ava teared up.

"W..Wait! N...No!", stuttered Aotsuki.

"Ah~! How cute!", expressed Himari as she ran to them both and gave them a big hug.

"Oh! Himari! Shinra! I have a question to ask you! Can I be Suzuki's Guardian Angel?", asked Ava.

"Of course! What do you say, Dear?", agreed Himari.

"That would make things interesting. Sure! Please bless our son.", smiled Shinra.

"I will!", grinned Ava as she started flying around.

"Oh! Me too! Let me train Suzuki to be a great warrior!", begged Aotsuki.

"I leave that in your hands, Aotsuki.", chortled Shinra as he but his hand on top of Aotsuki's head.

In the mind of Aotsuki, they were much simpler times. He hanged around the people who he loved the most. A man who he admired so much, a woman who was like a mother to him and his childhood friend. Aotsuki was always happy to see them and be in their company. However, he never knew that this was when the cracks on the photo began to appear. The words Shinra said that slipped through his young mind, the fake smiles, the manipulation, the rotten core that was called his heart, all of it was just masked by Shinra's beautiful deception.

5 years have past and Aotsuki is now a fully fledged member of Shinra's Clan. He has excelled in everything from his Power Abilities to his Oni-Sense abilities. He was the powerhouse of the Shinra Clan.

"Good work out there, Vice-Captain Aotsuki.", chirped one of the members of the Clan.

"Thank you! Your words are much appreciated!", nodded Aotsuki.

"You really are big time, huh! Aotsuki.", teased Ava.

"Huh?! Ava! When did you get here?!", grinned Aotsuki.

"Just now.", said Ava.

"But why?", wondered Aotsuki.

"To see you silly. I've not seen you in ages. I know you are busy and all but please don't neglect me.", pouted Ava.

"S..Sorry.", apologised Aotsuki.

"As your girlfriend, I'd love to see you more!", proclaimed Ava.

"Woo! Woo! You go and get her, Vice Captain!", cheered all the members who were present.

"Stop it, you guys!", blushed Aotsuki.

"Aotsuki! Ava! Long time no see!", greeted Shinra as he came out of his office.

"Master Shinra!", exclaimed Aotsuki.

"Now, now Aotsuki. Don't be so formal. I'm sorry Ava, is it okay to borrow your boyfriend?", teased Shinra.

"Of course, Shinra!", smiled Ava.

"Thank you. Step into my office, Aotsuki. Oh! And good job with looking over my son and daughter, Ava.", commended Shinra.

Aotsuki waved Ava goodbye and stepped into Shinra's office. He sits on the blue cushioned seat and waits for Shinra to speak.

"How have you been, Aotsuki?", began Shinra.

"I'm fine. We stopped the wave of Zolvak's entering the Human Realm in record time.", stated Aotsuki.

"Well done. I expect nothing less of you. In the mists of all that, you have been training Daiki and my boy! Keep it up and you may captain this squad soon.", Shinra approved.

"I will keep working hard, Master Shinra!", declared Aotsuki.

"I'm glad to hear it. I have a new request for you though.", started Shinra.

"A Request?", thought Aotsuki.

"It's nothing big. Lately, Suzuki has been a little odd. It's like his head is elsewhere and he won't spit it out to me or Himari. Please could you try for me!", begged Shinra.

"I see, I see. He's only 5 and he is causing problems, huh. Hahahahaha! He is cute though! Well, that's what me and Ava think.", laughed Aotsuki.

"Hahaha! Thank you! It'd be a shame if we all acted too little to late and couldn't save him.", stated Shinra.

It was at that moment, Aotsuki felt like something was off. The words Shirna portrayed felt off. Like they had a deeper meaning but he couldn't put his finger on it. Before Aotsuki could make his move to speak to Suzuki, it was too little too late.....
