tackling an enemy is never easy.
especially when the enemy is faceless and nameless,
threatening to spill every secret the girls have ever had.
and as you know, secrets never stay hidden in rosewood.

JASON WENT OUT OF TOWN FOR A FEW DAYS. I wish I did too.
We were at Ali's talking about this mess. She was being incredibly stupid about this. For someone who wanted to be careful, she's gonna blow her cover herself. Her dad asked her if it was the man who hurt her and said said "I don't know".
"You said you don't know?" I exclaimed.
"What was I supposed to say, Bella?" Ali asked. Literally anything else.
"How about "no"?" Emily replied.
"I was blindfolded, remember?" Alison said back. I can't take any more of this.
"I'm sorry, do we seriously have to remind you that you were never actually kidnapped?" I asked. I swear she forgets. She makes these lies and starts to believe them.
"There's a man being questioned by the police right now for a crime that never happened." Aria added. How did our lives come to this?
"Guys, this is A. I mean, you said he knew about the rock that hit you. He knew where you were kept, what you ate, what mattress you slept on." Emily said to her.
"It's the same story that you told the doctor." Hanna added.
"And Holbrook, the night we got back from New York." Spencer also added. How did he know every little detail?
"Well, it doesn't matter where A got it. What matters is what A is planning to do now." Aria said to us.
"If A's behind this, that's exactly who that guy is gonna run to when he panics." Ali said.
"What are you saying?" Hanna asked.
"I'm saying, if I can make him think that he's gonna go down for this, we can follow him to A and finally win A's game."
"Great! We win the game, we find out who A is. What happens when we lose?" I snapped. She's not thinking clearly. She's being reckless.
"We won't lose."
"Don't be so naive, Ali. A is always one step ahead." I replied. We left shortly after.
On our way out, Hanna said something that made a lot of sense. "Is it weird that we haven't gotten an A message about this yet?"
"No, I don't need a creepy text to read the writing on the wall. The second Ali says this guy kidnapped her, we're gonna figure out that Cyrus Petrillo's a sheep farmer in Montana and couldn't possibly have done this. And then the whole world's gonna know that Ali's a big fat liar." Aria rambled. She also had a point.
"And us. Right now, we're just as big and fat as she is." Hanna exclaimed.
"Once Tanner figures out the kidnapping story is a lie, they're gonna figure out about New York and Shana real quick." Aria snapped. I wouldn't be so sure. The Rosewood PD has proved to be as competent as a snowball.
