He will hold his hand in front of you to keep you from moving and out of sight, as well as a silent "wait, there is something out there, keep hidden" gesture. Once the zombies were gone, he whispered "it's clear" and both sneaked further.
Rochelle:
She will shush you even if you are quiet, trying to peek around or above the thing to see where the zombies are. As she watched the zombies, she waited, making sure they are far away before whispering let's hurry and both sneaked in a hurry past the zombies.
Ellis:
He will whisper about some insane plan he has that might just work, but you are quick to whisper back you aren't taking your chances with his insane ideas. So he frowned but didn't do anything and waited.until you gave the sign you can both move and both began moving again.
Nick:
He groaned and pulled you closer, trying to hide more, asking in an annoyed whisper why these things have to be everywhere. He waited a few seconds before sneaking a peek, noticing the area was clearer and quickly pulled you through it, whispering let's hurry before they begin crowding again.
