Coach:
"Hey, hey, let's not bombard a single person but spread out the tasks" was all he had to say to fix this. Sometimes a person declaring a rule is all needed to clear a possible future issue. When you get asked too much to do he'll assure you he'll do some of that stuff.
Rochelle:
The look and click of tongue she gives the people when they begin using you more than ask a friendly simple favor is so loud that it usually works to make them walk away and deal with their own issue. She tells you to have a backbone and not let anyone use you and only accept what you want to do.
Ellis:
Admittedly he was one of the people who kept asking things from you, but he seemed to be the only one to notice the toll it began taking on you. So no more requests and instead support, taking any task he can with a smile to keep your spirits up.
Nick:
He bluntly says to the people; "hey, shut the fuck up and leave them alone for ONE minute." He can't believe how people are asking. When they come with a task to you he's quick to point and tell them to "get lost and solved it by yourself, you aren't a kid".
